This is how I see the scenario playing out.
Either we win 5-6 games on the back end of this season and finish with 9-10 wins, Chip will then have to see the opportunity for the side and will stay.
Or we only win another 1-3 games for the season and he will leave, we get a first rounder for him and have picks 4 and 5 or something like that.
I would like him to stay personally, but if he goes we will be well compensated.
