In all fairness it is hard to tell. In juniors he is asked to stay inside the forward 50 as they know he won't be beaten. It doesn't mean he won't be good around the ground. It's going to be a hard decision, glad it's not me and especially glad it's not BP.

As long as we take the two players we think are best at those picks I'm happy

He does it all, wins his own ball, gets it on the outside, can kick either foot. IMO we will take either Petracca and Brayshaw or Brayshaw and McCartin, depending on who St Kilda take. Got to go best available every time.

I think we will get 2 of Petracca, Brayshaw and McCartin. I get the feeling Roos prefers to trade in rucks/forwards once they have developed. Using high draft picks on ruck men is dangerous and a lot of the best rucks cam off rookie lists or late picks anyway.

There is more to a player then their highlights reel. I've got a feeling Roos likes him for his leadership skills and determination. The best players in the comp aren't the quickest or biggest, they are the hardest working and that's what he brings.

People saying he's undersized is ridiculous. He is bigger than Jack Darling and he goes alright...

If Robinson stays in Melbourne they will hang out anyway. I'd have a look but only if he showed signs of wanting to knuckle down

GWS getting more high pick is great for everyone else. We can continue to pick at their side as the young kids who can't get a game or are homesick want to leave. They will be a competitive side but they are not guaranteed to dominate like everyone thought they would. We should be going hard for Shiel or Treloar next year.

Tyson's knee wasn't as extreme as a full reco. But you've got a point with Trengove, I guess it's all a risk. It will be interesting! God I hope Trengove makes it back!

Lever looks good it just seems a real worry to draft someone within the top 10 that has already had a knee reco and is a tall. Anyone else share these reservations?

My take on the Kennedy deal is that Sydney were hoping for picks 3 &12. That fell through so they went for 2&3, which we have categorically said no too. We would've turned around and said it's 3&23 or nothing, and they are now deciding. I've got a feeling their main reason for wanting to do this is cap space with the COLA being fazed out. Here's hoping a deal can get done!

I don't like the fact we have gone from Trengove to Watts. It just seems like trading for trading's sake.
