The thing I don't understand with Sharp is that surely he knows he is a poor kick. He lined up from 50m like he really thought he would score. Didn't have the accuracy to even register a behind or the distance. If he wants to stay in the side he needs to know his limitations and give off a handball or short pass He does run and pressure well - in the lead up to the crucial 'Clarry tap on' goal his pressure, smother and involvement in a handball chain was great work

Overall, I’m happy we’ve righted the ship. At 0-5 and off field dramas it was looking like a disaster of St kilda type proportions. If we sacked Goodwin then like many wanted we would have spiraled downwards. Goodwin to his credit has knuckled down and got the team playing well. No injuries has helped for sure. we are 4-1 from the last 5 and finally gave a fairly settled 22 Not sure if Goody is the man long term as when you get close to a decade i usually think it’s time to try something new unless you have regular success. But no one can doubt his laser like focus and commitment to the club.

I reckon 4 talls at the back is too much especially due to the quality of their talls

So when Lever comes in we either put Turner fwd or drop May or T mac. I would imagine the former Then AJ gets dropped? as we have Petty Turner Melk Frit fwd You could argue we don’t need 3 talls against Hamling and a resting ruck
