Agree totally, if a player wants out then the contract should be void and negotiate with the new club $$ .. we should not have to pay any part of the contract.. very disappointing if he does want out though as he should part of the solution going fwd not jump ship, hopefully King will galvanise the group

Not saying trac wants out but fed up with players in the AFL signing long term contracts and then when things are not 100% etc they want to move clubs & expect the same $$$ contract to continue! Congrats on king .. he’s experienced is evident no question, hope he’s supported and for the life of all supporters can the board bring stability with new president & ceo no more infighting .. support the footy dept , nail the home base, no more leaks, no more corny love themes etc actions should do the talking! On Buckley if he wanted the job 100% he’d put his hand up & id say he’s questioning the off field stuff which as first time coach you accept

Every premiership coach started as a 1st time coach, has learnt from the best Scott & would know great culture & standards, interest to see which assistants he brings or keeps
