So the circus continues! One player sucks all the oxygen of our club! The same player who didn’t present professionally for preseason & sent home during the Lorne camp! The same player which the club supported him & not dropping him & risking the culture of the club!

So we’re does our improvement come from?? So basically our trades for the past 3 seasons has seen, Hunter retired, Shache delisted, Fullerton & Mccadam can’t get a game, Billing’s only getting games due to injuries. The mess around the handling of Oliver & Trac! It obvious no decent payer wants to come so Who’s to blame for this mess?

That’s my point ..who is responsible & what exactly is going on as it appears they are all disconnected..we’re is the leadership here to get all in one room and start singing from the same hymn book! There are some serious questions on pert & Richardson

By the time we fix our fwd issues .. Gawn, Viney will be retired & trac & Oliver will be gone! Unbelievable sad.. we can’t attract a decent FA & Lamb confirmed we are not a destination club .. well done mfc after 3yrs winning a flag we have found a way to unravel

Whatever the review raises Green and co need to address the circus club has become … the last 12mths is a joke with the going ons of Oliver, Trac and constant noise enough is enough, either keep these players or trade them!

Trac hasn’t commented as far as I can see or put up anything re Viney Winning ..is to avoid any backlash from not attending? This is the issue with social media that it just can’t be a one way street to build/push your own brand. Understanding the reasons for his silence also disappointing

Brad Green sounded good & fired up & feels like he will be able to connect with the footy dept & players and supportive of the review .. let’s hope he follows through with the recommendations and his a president we hear fighting for the club in particular our draw which no doubt the afl will shaft us

Any chance our club can attract any free agent .. oops I forget we don’t have any need for a mid, forward or a replacement ruck .. just a back up to keep Fullerton company. We have gone from being a destination club for 1 season to any reasonable talent stay away

People questioning the club over possible trade… what’s the responsibility on the player who has been well supported by the club and may still not be meeting certain standards whilst other senior players are busting their back sides.. comes a time were players need to take responsibility, this is how you build culture

People having a crack at the club but the only thing that has created this are Oliver’s actions.. club has supported him continuously & only so much they can put up with ….

If as reported Oliver has dropped off again with behaviour issues .. no player is bigger than the club .. club has supported him well not much more they can do .. clubs cannot jeopardise the remaining list for 1 player ..

How in 3 yrs after winning a flag and a great midfield have we unraveled & unbelievably our top 5 picks of brayshaw retired , Oliver who knows , trac who knows may all be possibly gone ..only the mfc can manufacture this ..

If true it’s a kick in the guts to the club who has supported him during his mental health issues .. if true players have too much power, if true I question his character as his biting the hand that’s fed him & supported him.. if true in hindsight club should have made him play at Casey this year until he earned the right to play senior footy .. if true I’m disgusted by him

Early days yet but we don’t seem to be in the mix for the bigger name players & not discounting the ones we are supposedly looking at who have all been delisted.. these trades are critical & you only need to look at what the lions weee able to bring in

That’s the issue with social media for players is people make assumptions, bottom line is the players success will come with being selfless as they did in 21 & not selfish which is not what I’m suggesting with Trac.

Question is what exactly will the external revue from All Blacks Darren Shane reveal, how are external reviews structured, what is their purpose? Is it culture, operations, training, player & coaching behaviours, how deep is it & will their be fallout of personal changes?

Our team has diminished since 21 & failed to improve the list .. lost Jackson, Brayshaw , Oliver issues, Trac injury which is our midfield, inability to find a power forward, want be winning on the G until these are addressed
