It seems Goodwin & Pert tried sweeping a lot under the carpet which fractured the culture, connect the dots of trading out players and retirements and sacking of Goodwin, still unclear of Petracca, watching Roos telling him he’s getting he’s 1st game to how he finished with his B&F speech is a reflection of how bad the club become and on himself possibly, selfish comes to mind but many reports saying he wasn’t liked by the other players why?

The disconnect is evident of not being under 1 roof, would have been good to have heard what the issues were with trac, was it all around the fractured culture, his handling of his injuries, very clear they tried sweeping many issues under the carpet instead id making hard decisions on players.

if we pass up on Waverley to hope we may get Caulfield in 5 yrs and blow another chance of one roof club that will also be another missed opportunity

Wasted a decade chasing a dream site near the mcg, 2 yrs ago Pert announced Caulfield dream and will waste another 5 yrs, it’s unbelievable how this club just can’t get things done, understanding that they can’t control all aspects but FFS… Hope Waverley is done as Gawn said news to him ..the silence is deafening from the club… Tom Norris reports are what then???

So the current set up spread across 3 sites which cannot fit the whole club in any of them is acceptable, the disconnect is so evident,Waverley may not be ideal but until Caulfield is nailed its a far better solution.

Going on past history with the Aamo rainy they should not only be focused on Caulfield but have other options or the go

Spot on, Caulfield is 3-5 yrs and a chance it may not happen, first time in my 50+ yrs of my supporting member I will be able to visit the club under 1 roof, current administration has achieved more than any other previously.

Having the head office at the G then 2 seperate training venues, AAMI park may be over the footbridge but may as well be other side of town… they are not connected, it dosent guarantee you success but if you want evidence have a a look the last 2 seasons with Roffey radio interview its seems she never left the G and so disconnected front the Trac injury, the interview with Pert & Goodwin re culture issues …
