Totally agree we gave up whatever advantage is left in the AFL & made it a 50/50 game, I don’t see Collingwood doing this but hey as long as we are feeling great flying the flag of …. We are a professional football club playing on a country ground for 4 premiership points yet are willing to give up home ground advantage!

Same result as the GWS game when we kept missing, we need to get to playing out home games @ the G! Our objective is to win games not fly the flag for other reasons! Play preseason games but enough of giving up our home ground!

Why we keep selling our home games ? Collingwood doesn't , fed up watching us give up points playing on a suburban/regional town!!!

We are own worst enemy as as expected a typical Melb loss!

How do the bulldogs manage to regenerate & bring in new players whilst losing key players to challenge for top 4, So happy for Harmes, yet we kept Hunter & dogs would have been so happy!

Will make a mockery of the draft system and what its objective was intended for, if he ends up at the cats or a top 4 club it reinforces that the system allows bottom clubs to be raided , we should target him & give him Oliver, need to make the break for both player & club & move on!

Round 14-17 are 3 road trips & a bye so members/supporters don’t see their team playing in Melb for a month vs the last 7 in Melb, both are equally poor and reinforces the afl are running a fixture with little integrity

Hope Jefferson makes it, our track record of drafting and developing KPP forwards hasn’t been great & can’t remember our last power except for Neitz who retired in 08, watching Hogan today was frustrating as this what we need & even more so as he started with us! Is it our development or our list mgt just continue to miss the mark

Hindsight is a great thing but why we didn’t take another punt on Hogan as he spoke to us before going to GWS

The difference the pies & cats are contending and managed to get those fwds our young drafted players are great but our premiership clock is gone & didn't capitalise

Don’t disagree fwds are not easy to come by but who have we traded in since winning a flag that’s added value, consider who the Pies have Schultz, Mcstay, Membry,Houston Cats Cameron, Smith,

The question is what’s stopped the club from attracting exp fwds, is it cap space are the big contracts to trac, Oliver etc or our culture issues which stopped Houston from coming

I can’t remember our last power fwd we drafted or traded …. Neitz retired in 08, Hogan looked the part but took off with off field issues, had a chance to get him back, BB we got 6 month injury free won a flag but not a huge pwr fwd, Jvr is rucking to help Max, every other club has one , bottom line we don’t!

Had plenty of mates who missed from closer, I think Max has given a lot & pushed us over the line , it’s time others stepped up

Were our picks used to get players like Windsor , Langdon , Lyndsey, Mcvee, when u kick 7.14 it dosent help, Oliver is struggling yet on a Long contract which I hate as club is locked in, Jvr development impeded by having to play ruck? I thought Turner was a fwd option yet played defender with petty & melksham out. Goodwin locked in and too much to payout.

Petty has been a fwd for the last 4-5 games & lever hast played most of the season, Turner would have been a better option… we are at sea in the fwd line

As expected our fwd line is a mess! Not sure why Turner was playing defender and not played fwd??? Either Jvr has lost fwd craft or Goodwin has confused the kid playing him ruck! How Jefferson is getting a game another bottom 4-6 finish yet this club hadn’t been able to trade in any key fwds since 2021
