I'm going to Jinx this. But Frost has actually been alright, he's been a quicker Garland with wobbly arms on Buddy and it's kinda worked.

I just don't want to see a zone in our backline where we see two players do nothing and then the oppo take an easy mark.

Young Jedi really doesn't work, he could be a corrupted Padawan or a Sith Apprentice...

Haha, never seen you that cranky. I think Frost was worse tho.

POSTGAME: Rd 03 vs Essendon
I think the worst thing tonight was that we were sorta just in it, so my brain kept coming up with these wonderful set pieces that would allow us to win and me to think our season might just be back on track. Stopped me from turning off unfortunately.

Forward line is stuffed, but there are massive problems in our midfield as well, which I think is worse. Choo choo get's a pass, but the way the rest of them play is yuck. They get the ball, move it forward to no advantage whatsoever, and make us trivia questions on biggest loss after "statistical" dominance. Trying to find positives right now, but it's bloody hard.- Foxtel Sports aka Kayo
Kayo is what should have been happening years ago. Still a flawed product... but... I trialed it on my phone a couple of months back and it was okay, but casting on a phone with anything I've always found to be a problem. My NBN connection is FTTH 100Mbps. Now, there is an app for my TV. I installed that, paid 25 bucks for the month. Tested it out and it was great. A couple of lag issues here an there, but over the eight hours I had it on for yesterday (Womens ODI, NBL, AFLW, NZ v Bangladesh and Richmond V Melbourne) much better than the terrible AFL live app (in drop outs and quality) so sharing the two devices on an account with a mate. 12.50 a month v Foxtel prices? Easy choice.- Andrew Gaff
More than Hall which is a tick and if something happens like this again (and I certainly hope not) it will go up again in an increment. And related/not related I said this to a mate on FB; Out of this whole Gaff thing, I hope one thing the AFL starts doing is suspending players for jumper punches and hitting people in the guts. Seeing players on their knees spewing and no sanction sets up retaliation (and yes the retaliation is just as wrong and the offender deserves everything they get). Deescalation should be important too.- Andrew Gaff
I reckon something was said in regards to Hamish and Gaff, someone got it wrong or the CEO actually screwed up under pressure and did some 1+1 = 3 I don't think the intent was to lie, but incompetence... for sure!- Andrew Gaff
I still wouldn't like to come off a plane into that, but I am arguing at the margins a bit- Andrew Gaff
I'm kinda on the fence on this one, and think you have a point. However the AFL media can be a bunch of cretins and it wouldn't be much fun for the "regular folk" walking through the gate into that poo blizzard.- Ollie Wines

- Time to show Oscar some respect!
Very good today, good on him cos I thought we would be dropped a few weeks ago. Glad to be wrong on that and see a young player succeed. Some of his marks today were great and his kicking was good too. It looks like he is getting the confidence to back himself. One thing I would like to ask him tho is last week when he kicked to Harmes who then kicked to Watts for the clincher... if he actually meant that, The Titanic music should have started around ten seconds earlier- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MICHAEL HIBBERD
Different kettle of fish I think. Lewis was a big (and good) news story. Hibb will probably do an interview before 1st round, but I imagine that will be after he has a chance to be able to talk about being with the Dees during pre season. rather than the obvious questions about the other things- Delistings/trades at end of the season
Dear lord, that was a large image.- Delistings/trades at end of the season
