You don't find it odd that he was the only player not there and the MC just skipped over him as if he didn't exist? Why would you not just say "Number 4, James Harmes, who is unfortunately away sick today'.

Maybe the curse of Norm Smith has struck. That 'ol number 4 should be retired.

The absence of James Harmes is concerning. He was on Instagram posting, so clearly nothing major wrong. Robbo simply skipped over him, no explanation for why he wasn't there. Most unusual. Could it be discipline reasons? Illness.? It's very odd.

There are some pictures up on the MFC Instagram story showing a blue logo slapped on the jumper. It looks a lot better than the twitter photshop, but still should be white.

I asked someone I know at the club whether it would be a blue square and they confirmed that it would be. Really odd design if you ask me. They said the printed version looks worse than that twitter photo

I was merely being sarcastic. I know what a photoshop job is, apparently many of our fans don't and are getting on social media and forums like this saying how bad the jumper looks. Talk about being daft. We should be thankful for the sponsorship

There are rides and games that will be set up in front of gate 2 at Yarra Park. There will be plenty of kids activities. Shouldn't be hard to convince

Yeah, I would say the light blue will be used. Against saints the dark front was a problem on tV. The lighter blue will eliminate this

Having looked on the demon shop website, that royal blue is definitely not the hoke AFLW. I think we may be seeing the new clash jumper being tested. It is definitely a contrast.

I've just seen that on the tennis coverage. It is very royal and a complete throwback to mid 80s. I am not sure, but maybe that is am preview of the mens clash strip..I wouldn't mind it. Better than white. I don't think that is the womens home jumper is it???

I was told by the bloke at the Demon Shop that the jumpers for next season (2018) won’t be ready until mid March. It’s a disgrace. We lose so much in merch sales as a result. New Balance doesn’t even bother stocking our stuff in their stores either. Unlike adidas and Nike. Just another area where we are behind the pack

Get a bl00dy grip some of you. This camp caused injuries to players and a few have come to the coach and said " we are concerned about injuries and as such,don't wana go on the camp..we want to be right for round 1". Sounds sensible to me.

I was not comparing them as players..I was comparing their stature. If you reckon it won't be hard for this kid to compete at AFL level given his size and weight then I dunno what else to say. I noted that Hunter was a horrendous pick, but am happy to give this kid a chance. But at that weight aND height he will struggle in the first 3 years. Yes there are exceptions, like Brent Harvey, Callub Daniel etc. But for me, picking a kid this dmall, who bases his game on competing, is a but if a risk. The AFL is a giant step up from under 18 football and school age football
