  1. Just our luck for him to break a finger.

  6. His frontal lobes checked out years ago. How people spend their hard earned on such drivel is beyond me.

Just because you're a cynic it doesn't mean the world isn't perverse. If it was up to me I'd have Diogenes as our CEO.
  9. If he plays a lot of senior footy next year, we're stuffed.

    You cynical, Old Dee. Never!
  11. Oscar may object.
  12. 36 would be better, following Flash and Jeffy
  13. Old Man Rivers?
  14. A great interview with Robbo who has been underestimated as a player. Not getting an All Australian after a 73 goal year as a small forward was a travesty - all at the hands of that turncoat Gerard Healey. Mind you, he was responsible for one of the biggest brain farts I can remember - after marking in the goal square, he Played on and tried to kick the goal whilst flat on his back. Sometimes he was too much the show pony.
  15. The worst part of the draft was having to watch that boof head Gil McLachlan - he has the personality of a dead cat.
  16. Looks to have Clarrie-like hands.
  17. Happy that the Club has gone for X-factor types. Something we haven’t had for years. Premierships aren’t won by playing safe. Mind you, if it all goes pear shaped I’ll moan uncontrollably.
  18. Hope he doesn’t defect to Geelong
  19. Sharp is a must if still available.

From where I am the Shearer’s Shandy is the beverage of choice - half Claret, half VB.

Pretentious crap. Stick with White Crow
  24. Ricky Jackson went alright.
  25. the other characteristic of the later generations is a sense of entitlement and an obsession with having a personal brand. Hence the new industry of social influencer - what the hell is that all about? My theory is that as cities get bigger it becomes harder to stand out and be relevant so you have to compete all the time, whereas in smaller communities cooperation is important so everyone has a role and an identity.
