Totally agree with Shaun Smith, we are still miles behind other clubs when dealing with injuries. Mission has been there far too long. We also need to change our coaching staff , Rawlings has been there far to long. The club are a successful year cannot afford to be caught napping ,you also need new input , new methods to achieve your goals. I am sick to "fn" death of the quotes regarding length of time a player is going to be off for. This goes on year after year after year , sounds like we don't know what we are doing. I would like to see Keilty play ruck for most of the game. Our mids can feed off the oppos ruckman.Gawn to play back/forward. Lewis to play up front . Jones to be dumped . Other changes I don't really care.

If Freeman has overcome his hamstring problems, he would be a good buy. Otherwise I would go for Adam Tipungwati , just a gut feeling.

If we keep playing Lewis and Jones in the same side, I am going to spew or back the opposition, perhaps both.

We need to get more out of Petracca before we think of trading him. We could trying playing in defence or look at dropping him. He is no sylvia mark 2 or a watts he is better , but needs to prove it. The same time the clowns runnings the need a kick up the ..... or are kicked out.

Play OMac as a forward for Casey, if he is a failure trade. If he does well promote. May Jones captain of 2nds.

There isn't a great deal of players that can step up into the seniors and therefore we have a revolving door system in place. What makes us seemingly weak is that we have a long term injury list. Some players who return from injury, re injure themselves normally for the same problem. Many yers ago a top sports physiotherapist from a top EPL made a statement that lack of stretching was a cause of groin and hamstring problems. My step was a very good martial artist who always stretched never suffered from groin or hamstring injuries. I am not saying that injuries can occur in other sports. I would like to the club take aside 6 young reserves players and have them concentrate on skills ,endurance and strength and then re introduce into the reserves. We also must look at our training staff (coaches) someone(s) must take the fall. We as a club should have ( in hindsight) kept Pedo , it is not necessary to have a tall ruckman is the fleas cannot take advantage.

Jones,Jetta,Lewis,Jkh,troy caplin,rawlings automatic delistings. These players are too slow ,too injured, lack skill and are list cloggers. Other clubs may have dual captains , it does work at demonland. I know J.Smith,May and Vanders are long term injury however you cannot get rid of everybody. Who does the Weid think he is asking via manager for a pay rise considering he is crap.

totally agree with demon dude. We must hold people responsible for serving up trash. Dual captaincy is totally rubbish , jones is not a leader more like a fan fav. To get T.Mac a confidence booster he may need to play some ruck. We will continue to have revolving doors we we are short of quality players ( perhaps I am kidding myself).

Alir Alir is a good average player, he is not Lever at his best. O'Mac has some good matches and some bad matches for us. We have a lot of inconsistent players in the side at the moment. Can we afford to keep Jones and Lewis in the same side?. I have a feeling that O'Mac will get used up the opposite end of the game sooner than expected.

I have no idea why we picked up Preuss, who wants to be a back up ruckman ?. The Wagners bros. doesn't excite me one bit. I can't see us beating the Bombers.

Preuss in , based on the woods playing two ruckman. Keilty deserves a chance. Corey Wagner and Petty. Out Jones, ANb,Frost and May.

Didn't see changes v Essendon draft. I watched the Woods v Tigers, their two talls Mason and Grundy did well. On that base Preuss is a must. Petty could replace Frost or O.Mac however O.Mac could go forward. ANB ,Jones and possibly Petracca ( as awake up call ) could be dropped. Baker and Hore could get another go. Not sure if Viney is fit enough.
