Not unhappy if Petty plays CHF or FF , Kentfield gets to play in an important position, hopefully he can kick a bag of goals. Also playing Fullarton in defence is not a bad idea as he needs to prove himself.

Looked at several footy fixtures Round 24 has Essendon and Gold Coast playing 2 matches on the same day. Essendon and Sun have played one less match, not sure how they are going to make up the matches ?

It does not matter what Goody says after each dismal fail, i don't think supporters are buying into his [censored]. We don't seem to have reserve players who can step , perhaps we cannot not be bothered with putting time into these players. Perhaps the reserve players don't try as as hard or are frustrated with the club ( no light at the end of the tunnel). Goody does not punish senior players enough who constantly put in bad performances , it is like he has his favs.

By putting more games into Jeffo ( no world beater atm) , do we hold back Kentfield by not giving him senior games?

I wonder if we will offer Hardie and Yze (Casey) a contract?

Does anyone think that Kalani White is going to be as good as Jackson (Freo)? If we cannot get Jackson back then should be targeting S.Darcy from Freo ? We don't seem to have a lot of draft currency at the moment. I can see us trading Oliver only if he accepts a pay reduction , Lever , one of Spargo or Sparrow or Chandler and Fritsch . Possibility we could trade Salem ands Petty.

We could give Jeffo more senior time , should we ignore Kentfield's effort? Both players are not setting the world on fire. I think we should rotate them both from seniors to reserves. Give them a variety of Forward roles. None of this going to happen of course.

Excluding Rich and North (team building) and West Coast (team whatever). There seems to be a huge gap between 9th and the next six teams below, these include St.Kilda, Port,Carlton,Melbourne,Essendon and Swans (possibly will improve). Most probably have sh.t coaches or is it players are being over paid and have become lazy.

Nothing new to selection table, same old same team. We will get smashed. We drop players then promote them after a poor performance in the reserves. Do we think so lowly of our reseves (MFC listed ones) players that we cannot give them a run in the first's. Our season is over isn't it ?

By memory A.Jakovich was 187 cm. We will pick Kentfield when he is out of form for Casey or he will be the sub. That is the Demon way I guess.

Who wants to come to this club ? Goody and co. need to be gone (stale , backward thinking etc.). We need a system to develop young players especially those that are playing reserves along with a decent coach. Somehow we need to cull players in order to recruit new ones.

Someone outside MFC

Basically we can swap Jeffo,JVR,Petty,Turner,T.Mac( perhaps not anymore) around CHF and FF and we all know it going to be a failure (more of the same). Coaches have no idea what to do also you would think Petracca would be a lethal weapon up front considering we bought in Langdon. Throughout the year most of our players were undroppable, we also said the likes of Verrall ,Adams ,Sestan and Pup were not up to senior standard otherwise they would be getting a game. In Pup's situation we played him as a sub, great encouragement. Some of our players have become irrelevant like Fritsch,Viney,Billings ands perhaps Lever.

It does not matter if people think the players in the reserves are not up to playing seniors , the club needs to send a message to senior players that they will get dropped. Surely having 9 loses you would expect something major to happen. If the young reserve players are not up to senior level after 14 rounds there is something dramatically wrong with the way we coach and train players. Mind you the reserve comp is a joke , why do the MFC put up with it.

Windsor,Langford and Langdon ........ good idea as midfielder. Would like to see Sestan defence and perhaps give Howes a go forward. None of the above is going to happen as per usual . It is like

This club constantly makes poor decisions. Oliver ,Tracc long term contracts,now Kozzie . Goodwin gets an extension based on poor team performance i.e 2 straight set exits from finals. The recruitment of Grundy and the fact we did not play him in the finals . The recruitment of Jones as a midfield coach. Constantly trying to get Petty or Turner to become decent forwards, the decline of JVR etc. It is time for Goody to go along with the rest of the coaching staff .... they are all gone stale. Personally I think we will win another 2 - 3 games . Essendon are rubbing their hands together as they are going to get our first round pick. There won't be many changes next match , you can bet you bottom dollar on it.

Most of his team mates would be happy for him , considering that they would NOT be getting a u beaut pay rise in the near distant future. It does NOT matter if we put all our eggs in the one basket and it does NOT matter if we cannot afford decent key position players. No wonder we took 57 yrs to win a flag, we will not see another one ever. What happens if he becomes another Oliver ? Basically he would become un tradable.

If we pay Kozzie a mint it will be the death of the Dees. We need to be spending our money on getting a decent forward and another quality mid. Kozzie, Jackson swap could still happen thou you would not think so. Perhaps Jackson could go to the pies or cats.

Would like to see May play forward , never going to happen. What about trying Howes up front we have nothing to lose.

Perhaps we can play May at ff. JVR chf . Turner ,T.Mac and Petty in defence. Lever and Fritsch to be managed.

Jefferson 5 goals means nothing considering who we were playing. We need decent forwards ,Jefferson and Fullerton don't cut the mustard and probably never will. What I would like to see Howes play forward with time in the middle . Adams could be given a go at F.F, nothing wrong with versatility. The above mentioned players could play in defence or spend time on the bench. I would also give Brown a run in the seniors as he is a born tackler , forget about reserve form.

Dees we beat SWANS 24 pts, ST.KILDA 47 pts , COLLINGWOOD 20 pts , PORT ADELAIDE 115 pts. Did anyone NOTICE I was ONLY 1 pt out on the BRISBANE win, just saying.
