I think the amount and quality of content is fantastic but little things like the issue mentioned in the OP are often forgotten. The current sponsors should be looked after and past sponsors should not get any free publicity. Edit - Having said that I really need to update the banner on Demonland. It would be great if the club could get in contact with me and give me access to those high quality images of the player portraits that were taken a few weeks ago. Anyone know anyone at the club?

I don't have a windows phone so there is no way for me to check. If it does work it would automatically display for you. Scroll down to the bottom left of any page on your phone. Does it say "Use Mobile Version"? If so click that link and it should take you to the mobile skin. If you don't want the mobile skin there is a button at the top and bottom of each page that says "Click Here For Full Site" and you will be redirected to the Full Site. Let me know how you go as I don't have access to a windows phone to test.

I see what you are saying but this isn't intended to be a business. All I am trying to achieve with the donations and subscriptions is some assistance with covering the costs of running the site (hosting, forum software etc). We aren't trying to make a profit. The subscriptions function as a way to reward posters for donating. The subscriptions give the posters an ad free site as well as the mobile version of the site. People that subscribe are free to donate in the future if the choose and many do.

You also get access to the mobile skin for viewing the site nicely on your smartphone. Or you can contribute a little bit more and take out a Lifetime membership which offers you the same as the annual membership but for life. I was having the same issue through the website when trying to sign up my nephew. I called the club and they sorted it out over the phone. The girl I spoke to was on auto pilot thought because I clearly stated that I wanted to sign up my 6 month old nephew and the next question was "was he a member last year?"
