If you believe Greg Denham (in the Australian) we were trying to sort out a deal earlier in the week. There is also that bigfooty rumour on another of these threads suggesting that a deal has been agreed, pending Judd's announcement. Naturally bigfooty is a bit of a toolbox, but there is some truth amongst all the shizen.

The story about an agreed deal is true. There is at least one other club involved. If Judd says us, we have a deal.
