Williams (Sandy) is a good coach but the Sandringham list is the best VFL list by a mile. At one stage i think Williams (Sandy) coached th Northern Bullants and did not have much success so it would be a risky choice to select him as coach. Sheeds has been coaching almost half his life and has tones of experience. Ratten has already showed us that he Can coach with the couple of outings with Carlton.
