Interesting pick. On the coverage, they said she is 3 months in to an ACL recover after having previously done one. A 184cm ruck, but was only at the draft night to support a friend.

    Long term pick. Will miss 2024 with rehab from knee injury (second ACL).  Thought Ruck stocks were ok with Pearce and Campbell and Gillard (Gall and Harris can rotate as well). A player for 2025 and beyond.

    Our draft team must rate her very highly. Coming back from successive serious ACL injuries is a huge challenge, mentally and physically, for anyone, let alone a young player trying to break into the big time. Let's hope it proves to be an inspired choice.

One read: “Is Melbourne even at the ground?” Moments later, as Carlton’s Elijah Hollands kicked the first goal of the second term, the Blues held a commanding 43-point lead. By then, the Demons’ only score was a behind kicked by Brody Mihocek nearly five minutes into the game. Ironically, Mihocek would also register the last minor score of the day after the game took a dramatic turnaround.
