Billy's and Nibblers careers have gone in opposite directions this season. Easy to forget that Stretch had played more career AFL games than Nibbler at the conclusion of last season. Both drafted same year, Stretch was the first to really show promise out of the two. Fast forward to now, and it is Nibbler who is the mainstay in the team. 

Hopefully Billy can turn it around and both boys can be mainstays in the demons team that should be playing finals for a few seasons ahead.

That video of Nibbler popping out of the wheely bin and scaring Clarry was bloody funny.

Interesting backstory, too, about his mother and his interest in working with people with disabilities.

I had been thinking that Harmes was our most improved in 2018 but perhaps I was taking ANB's form for granted and assumed he was always like this. Either way, the improvement in both has been pleasing to see.

I remember there was a puff piece on ANB on the Queens Bday too.  And one  on Gawn also.

I wish our players would stay the [censored] out of the media until we actually qualify for a finals series.

How this guy has held his spot is beyond me. A player who rates himself a lot better than he is. And please don't tell me about the running capability. It means stuff all if he can't dispose of it.

 

He's the perfect metaphor for our list. Looks good when there's no pressure & goes missing when the heat is on. 

The media curse strikes another player. It seems that every time a player is written up in the media, whether it's for his performance or positive off-field activities, he play a stinker the next game. It's been going on as long as I can remember.

Serious question: Does the club use a psychologist? It seems to me we should be.
