How the hell do we buy tickets for Fri night?

My fiance is really 'excited' about the upcoming season and is interested to know who will get the "MORRRTTTOONNN you spud" call at the game/TV....

That's easy I will be yelling Morton you spud round 3 at the G. It rolls off the tounge so easily. That'd If he plays.

HOH! I actually had a shiver of joy, anticipation at that thought! He will not be in our colours and the slight guilt I had yelling the above will be GGGAAWWWNNN!!!

If Morton plays any game for WCE in Victoria, I will get along and lip him all game.. I hold my tongue when frustrated with players in our colours..

So I will take this oppurtunity to get along and let all the past frustration out..

It is an utter disgrace that you cannot get in with your membership. If they want fans to go to the NAB Cup, this should be a given. Luckily I'm still a concession so the prices aren't too hefty for me. But still, thats a couple of beers I can't have!

Actually, from the AFL website a concession G.A ticket is $15, compared to $12 (At Etihad, $13.30 at the G) for regular season games. It is a joke! If you aren't going to let people in with their memberships at least make the prices comparable to what you will see.

It is the season of optimism, hope and potential. At this stage I see NO MFC players fitting that bill.......

Look a bit harder Cards13.

We changed a lot at the end of 2013

But there are still more to go this year.

Our list is still a long way off a finals list.

i think we have to forget about the drafting game and accept that this list may be as good as it ever gets.

As long as the tail doesn't wag the dog ,which Neeld will not allow ,we will be right .

If you think that players can't hear what is being said/shouted/hurled etc, watch the reactions of some players when they get near the boundary and particularly if they do something really good......they can hear

Quite obviously it had little effect on them last year

Sure did not spur them to a higher level of performance.

Then again with a large number of them from last year it probably was their highest level

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
