SOS to any fellow demon travellers.

I'm in Singapore and very keen to watch the game (5 of us)

Can anyone shed some light on watching the game - by TV, cable, Internet?

I think normally it would be on the Australian Network but as its a public holiday in Melb but not here, it doesn't seem to be televised.

Thanks in advance

I know you can watch on http://www.afl.livesport.tv but it involves paying a fee of about $100 for the season membership. I'm not sure whether you can get a deal for just one game or not.

Thanks GTG, just tried to subscribe (it's $7 for 7 days) so would have been perfect but you need Adobe flash player which this 'device doesn't support' (IPad 1)

Other ideas / modifications gratefully appreciated

Should be able to get the Australia channel in Singapore. Find an Aussie bar, hotel, guesthouse, backpackers, whatever with decent television and they'll show it on that, should be a breeze over there. Rock up at the airport if you have to.

Australia Network available in a lot of hotels or bars shows the football.

Yep - get Australian Network but it's not a public holiday here so there's normal daytime SHYTE (and I mean SHYTE)

This is a website which I use to watch the Premier League and other such sports. Works for footy too. May encounter slight delay in audio, but still its better than nothing.

Checked the Australia Network schedule for tomorrow (Mon) online but the match doesn't appear. Got the same problem myself as I'll be in Bali.

Have a great break-

Just finished up there a week ago and thought I'd get a little Southeast Asia r & r on my way home.

Looking forward to watching the resurgent Dees live in the second half of the season!

For those in Singapore, it will be shown live at Boomerang Bar in Robertson Quay im pretty sure. They stream the games off the site mentioned above onto their big screen TVs

Thanks all. ended up going to the Boomerang Bar to see it on the big screen ( thanks 3Jacks).

Interestingly, Melb supporters outnumbered Filth supporters, but then again, I don't think you can get into Singapore with a criminal record.

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc.
