New Energy Watch advertisement

Featured Replies

Jesus it's bad.

The opening dialogue with the father and son is about as cringeworthy as any ad I've ever seen.

Poor Jack not given much to work with.

Terrible ad, but given how much money we're making out of it, I couldn't care less.

The kid at the start is wingeing coz he can't watch the footy on his big TV. First world problems.

but just think...all the money they saved on its producton...is coming to us !! :)

Its not the worst ad ive ever seen, but it wont be shortlisted for Cannes either

That's done on purpose most of the time.

So truly awful that it sticks in your mind.

Is it just a coincidence they chose a bloke with the surname 'Watts' to be the face of this power-saving campaign? As Bruce would say - "cleeeeever"

Good pick up. I never thought of that. Where is that like button?

Wow, that's so crap... But hey, you do what you can to make a crust, right?

Does anyone else find it strange that this ad campaign and newspaper as well has already started in earnest.

Are we still not sponsored by Hancook & Kaspersky at this stage??

Energy watch have certainly hit the road running with us though...

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
