Wow.

Sorry, I might be a bit slow on the uptake here. But what is this thread about ?

It was a show about immigration .

After tomorrows game at our ground -we might say the same to tigers .

The SBS team came out to Kenya and visited the Kakuma Refugee camp where we feed the refugees late last year. Nothing fake about the conditions here, its like being at Marble Bar for heat.

* BUMP *

For those interested, Series 2 starts tonight. Will be interesting to watch what Peter Reith has to say...

Anyone who saw last year would agree that it is compulsory, if not difficult, viewing.

As a friend said to me today, if someone's not interested it's probably all the more reason for them to watch it.

Starting at 8:30 on SBS - tonight, tomorrow and Thursday nights.

Watching it now.

my Aunty befriended an Afghan guy named Farred in Marybyrnong Detention centre a few years ago.

She got his case heard and as well as being an Aussie,

He is now a Proud Demon!

(The poor bastard-after all he has been through)

    The Dees demolished the Saints in a comprehensive 74-pointshellacking.  We filled our boots with percentage — now a whopping 520.7% — and sit atop the AFLW ladder. Melbourne’s game plan is on fire, and the competition is officially on notice.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

    It was yet another disappointing outcome in a disappointing year, with Melbourne missing the finals for the second consecutive season. Indeed, it wasn’t even close, as the Demons' tally of seven wins was less than half the number required to rank among the top eight teams in the competition. When the dust of the game settled and supporters reflected on Melbourne's  six-point defeat at the hands of close game specialists Collingwood, Max Gawn's words about his team’s unfulfilled potential rang true … well, almost.
