Avergae of 56 points loss over 13 games there. That is a disgrace.

Not worth a comment on brainless rednecks!

Yep, not good anyway you look at, even accounting for our terrible results anywhere over the last 3 years even when we played finals you could put your house on us losing by 10 goals in Adelaide.....I had only just met my wife when we beat Adelaide in 2001 and now we have a house, two boys, plenty of debt and still no win at Football Park!!!

IMO this is THE most important much for the year as it will really tell a lot about the players development as a group. If we continue to start games as we have and another 10 goal loss comes it really will be quite deflating. I could probably cope with a loss (by Tuesday anyway!) if we at least stay in the game for the majority and show some fortitude as a group.

There is no reason why we should not go into this game and really attack Adelaide. They have been quite fractured throughout 2010 and if we can apply pressure early and maintain the rage we should be expecting to win this game.

Go Dees!!

One from a pies fan and the other likely to be a pie......years of tanking? Not likely......I think Collingwood people quickly forget that they put all their players away in cotton wool from the middle of 2004, a year after playing off in a Grand Final for the 2nd time in 3 years!!. They got Pendlebury at pick 5 and Dale Thomas as a PRIORITY PICK!! HELLO?!!

I reckon it's Tapscott in the photo and not Trengove.

That could be Lionel Messi for all you can see in the photo

The neck and the nose belong to Tapscott, imo.

Absolutely. Collingwood in 2004 were the original tankers. Let's take every opportunity to remind the footy world about the way they engineered their fall that year.

Good Post

Stuff the neck and nose, look at the arms. They look tio big to be Trengove's.

The neck? Does Tapscott have one??

I wont cope with a loss. To loose means we have not come very far at all, Adelaide are poor, we have to win this if it is played on the moon.

if we loose and then play St Kilda we will be 4.5 wins from 14 games does not look like much improvment to me.

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
