Phew.

Who'd haev thought, back when Sylvia was drafted all those years ago and people said he had more talent in his big toe than some people have at all, they actually meant his talent was literally fixed into his big toe?

After a difficult slump, with circulation now restored to the critical area he should fire up a few more 30+ disposal 5 goal games for us ;)

Glad to hear that he is good and the clot has been fixed remove.

Would be good if he played, just glad the kid is out of hospital and healthy.

Great news. Lets just hope this is the reason for his form slump, and not above his shoulders again.

Otherwise a week on the side lines might have done him some good.

does anyone else think sylvia is faking his toe so he doesn't hav to go up in the ruck?

Pretty hard to fake a blood clot

Funny i thought the same thing, his past few weeks have been poor to the point where i was thinking he may be dropped soon. However if it turns out that he's been hampered by this injury, which it sounds very likely, hopefully if he gets given the all clear and can show the form that made us all think he'd finally made it.

Guys I just posted this in another topic.

Sylvia is in my opinion very doubtful.

He has been in hospital the best part of five days and would I believe have been on blood thiners.

The level he would have been taking would have been high and I believe ( My wife is in the medical indusrty )

it would take a few days for his blood to return to normal. From her comments I find it hard to believe

they would take the chance on playing Col with his blood in that state. If he still has thin blood

any serious knock could lead to a haemorrhage of a serious nature.

I do not think the medical staff would take any chance in that case.

As well his toe will take some time to get back to normal.

If he plays I will be very very surprised.
