This club has rich history in its veins.

That's a great read,thanks.

Cameron has such an excellent way of conveying what this great club is all about. He is a gem, as is the MFC!

Go Dees!

To anyone who hasn't made it to a B&F, do yourself a favour and get along this year.

I think it was 3 years ago when Cam, not long after he was appointed, spoke almost 'off the cuff' at the B&F (held at Docklands).

Jimmy had just taken the reins and we were struggling.

Cam's speech was inspirational. Like Jimmy and CC, his bleeds Red and Blue.

Thanks for the heads up.. a great read. ( I read other pages too ) He is a good communicator with a sensitivityfor his position ( in and amongst many things ) His piece about his father was very poignant.

He certainly understands what this club is about :)

He is a class act Cameron Schwab.........I love the passion he has for the club!

Magnificent piece (looking at the screen through watery eyes).

Wasnt that long ago the unwashed were suggesting we ( Melbourne ) had no brand...that we didnt stand for anything. They just had no clue, no understanding of the deep heritage and culture that is the Melbourne Football Club. And heres a man ( CS) who lives and breathes it :)

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
