Really interested to see what he says the attitude of the boys is like for Sunday.

Someone also mentioned over at 'Ology that Aaron Davey will be a panelist on the Marnagrook footy show!!! Shoo 7.30-9.30 is covered for me tonight. I will give TFS a shot after that. Maybe we will have someone on that as well. It is a high profile game this week after all!!

ahahha

Really?

What's that supposed to mean DA?

You would expect it to be poor!!

What's that supposed to mean DA?

He's hardly going to come out and say "well we're not doing much training this week, the Tigers are a rabble and we waltz in, belt them for 3 quarters, leave the MCG at 3 quarter time to rest up for the Lions and still win by 12 goals"

More like "We're training hard, we know they're under the pump and will come out fighting so we're not taking them lightly."

Don't ruin the show for everybody.

Don't ruin the show for everybody.

haha

the producers of that show have ruined TV for everybody.

From what I got from the ad it was just for a segment of "are you smarter than a footballer". I'll pass.

This is the worst show i have ever seen

I watched 5 minutes and I want to shoot myself.

Terrible!

I want the hour of my life back.

As funny as a fart in an space suit :)

I take it that I didn't miss anything then?

Jonesy basic said nothing. This is a very poor attempt to be a football show.

I started to watch it

my family watched me watch it

I felt self conscious at how poor it was

I turned it off and left the room

Bloody hell what a horrible 'show' that is. It's on in prime time on one of the two biggest stations in the country. Bloody hell it is so awful, seriously cannot believe they are persisting with it. So strained and unfunny and a terrible format. Even the house band are poor; they don't know how to end their little musical intros when guests come on etc.. How people get paid to put shows like this together/write the crap that constitutes the 'comedy' for this show, is truly beyond me. Absolutely horrible.

and whats with the band? there shite... feel like im watching some shite house 90's show. the cab driver bit....painful

It's funny you know because the NRL version 'The Matty Johns Show' is so much better than this garb.

Get rid of it already... Geez...

  • REPORT: Western Bulldogs

The next coach of the Melbourne Football Club faces the challenge of teaching his players how to win games against all comers. At times during this tumultuous season, that task has seemed daunting, made more so in light of the surprise news last week of the sacking of premiership coach Simon Goodwin. However, there were also some positive signs from yesterday’s match against the Western Bulldogs that the challenge may not be as difficult as one might think. The two sides presented a genuine football spectacle, featuring pulsating competitive play with eight lead changes throughout the afternoon, in a display befitting a finals match. The result could have gone either way and in the end, it came down to which team could produce the most desperate of acts to provide a winning result. It was the Bulldogs who had their season on the line that won out by a six point margin that fitted the game and the effort of both sides.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

The rain had been falling heavily in south east Queensland when the match began at Springfield, west of Brisbane. The teams exchanged early goals and then the Casey Demons proceeded like a house on fire in the penultimate game of the VFL season against a strong opponent in the Brisbane Lions. Sparked by strong play around the ground by seasoned players in Charlie Spargo and Jack Billings, a strong effort from Bailey Laurie and promising work from youngsters in Kynan Brown and  Koltyn Tholstrup, the Demons with multiple goal kickers firing, raced to a 27 point lead late in the opening stanza. A highlight was a wonderful goal from Laurie who brilliantly sidestepped two opponents and kicked beautifully from 45 metres out.
