COUNTDOWN

Given your avatar I'm surprised you're not giving us the rundown of days to go to the WS Cox Plate at Phlemington.

Clearly racing is not your thing.

Phlemington?

My bronchial has been dealing with that all week!!

Whhooooh, I think the Ph level is way too high on that!

It really deserves an 'F.'

Are these bad stand-up jokes relating to a misspelled word working for you?

Uhh, a bit hit-and-miss...

I find the spelling of "Mooney Valley" as "Phlemington" even more concerning than rpfc's jokes.

You know what I find concerning: carrier pigeons.

What are they carrying?

I will tell you what they are carrying...

Diseases.

Glenn McGrath was cool though, he carried fear for opposition batsmen.

You two need to stop smooth talking one another with lame jokes.

I seriously expected better from you! :P

Here's a nice little Countdown Clock which breaks how long left down for you...

Tried to get it embedded into the post but couldn't quite work it out.

(This is assuming the draft starts at 8pm)

Nice one!! I think it starts at 6:30 from memory

Doesn't it start at about 11am?

I read that it's on a Thursday night this time, not the traditional Saturday morning like previous years. I guess to hit up more of a prime-time audience...? I'm sure it'll be broadcast on foxsports... i'll be watching it definitely :D

Here you go Redleg: -

COUNTDOWN CLOCK

You leave him be, HT.

He's happy with what he's doing and that's the main thing.

You keep it up, son.

I feel so inadequate. I will retire and leave it to HT's magnificent electronic countdown clock.

I can now see the seconds flying by.

Can't we get one that goes faster?

Not unless you want to finish first instead of last

ALMOST ONLY A WEEK AWAY!

Because (according to some banana benders) the curtains that face the west, might fade a little in the afternoon.............

It must feel demeaning being half an hour behind Adelaide. :D

Hahaha, I'm a Victorian now living in QLD so I suppose that makes me one of the better ones up here

I did here our great Anna Bligh say that the farmers out west didn't want it cause of the cows and all that.......yes anna, because daylight savings deletes hours out of the day and there is less daylight than normal

Don't want to get picky, but in Victoria at 7.00PM Thursday 19th November the Clock was showing 7 days and 30 minutes to go. Is daylight saving throwing it out?
