  1. Nope, coin not required
  2. *Bernese Mountain Dog, as in from Bern (Switzerland). Have crossed paths with them before. Nice pooches that fair better in the Swiss Alps than in Melb.
  3. If he's got until the end of 2017, I'm happy to see what Goodwin and Macca can do with him.
  4. The Perth Dees?

He sounded very keen to stay at Adelaide when interviewed the other day (on the box)
  6. If Langdon was right we would let Hogan out of his contract a year early to go back to Freo. Yeah right!
  7. That crimson dial is reminiscent of Lingy.

I can smell the stink of Essendon's midfield from here. There's no argument on that front. Time will tell, but if you look at this latest Top 10 from the Hun. They have us taking Parish, then Essendon with Curnow. It's conceivable it's the other way around and our need for a forward (in a talls draft) is considered more pressing. I can see a case for both and you have a compelling argument. I'm just leaving the door as wide open for Curnow at 3 as Parish.

You could equally argue the same case for Curnow. Melbourne wanted Pick 3 as they didn't think Curnow would last until 7. Essendon's need for forwards (or potentially in Curnow's case forward/mid) is just as strong as ours, or stronger if you want to compare Hogan with Daniher. I would be surprised if Essendon didn't go for a forward as well as a mid. I'm not saying that's what'll happen but the argument's valid.
  10. Happy to back Goodwin on this one if we must.....but NOT for pick 25. Pick 43 is more than adequate for Melksham, particularly after seeing that budgie smuggler shot from DA's collection.
  11. This is Essendon we're talking about. Their demands will be nothing short of hilarious.
  12. Nope - the unfulfilled potential must be in boxing Pass
  13. I'm just wondering the last time we won a game when we were favourites. Is that another embarrassing record that needs to be broken? Granted we wouldn't be favourites too often, but anyone know when was the last time?
  14. No, IIRC It was Hall, Dixon and one other but can't remember which one
  15. If we're talking captions (G Rated for the kiddies) then Viney is clearly saying 'Tool' as he trots away from his road kill.
  16. IIRC King is from NSW which should give him a third year on the rookie list (unless something's changed)

Ineligible - not possible to put the Filth and POTY in the same sentence.
  18. Can all the mods dump all the Ollie Wines threads in here too along with Picket Fence's 200 broken record repeat nauseating references. Thanks
  19. McLean and Sylvia
  20. Not sure if you've picked up on this, but we have had 100% staff turnover on development coaches (2014) and fitness staff (2012). Why are you tarring them with the same brush? Why are you so certain that these new staff cant handle skinny kids? JKH is a skinny kid and Salem is hardly packing guns, but I'm happy to hold on to them.

I couldn't see much other than potential with Dangerfield in his first 2 years. He's really only turned it on (x 10) this year. My view is - if we want Caddy and we're in the best position to take him - we should. The only reason I wouldn't take him is, if the MFC cant see him as part of the grand plan and Caddy's (possibly unfounded) reputation as a tool. His demands as a second year player would lend weight to the tool theory.
