It’s not ideal, two seasons with patched up management 24/25 25/26 All the loser clubs who are clearly done would have completed pre planning, planning for season 25/26, two months before September, and discussed a way forward. Imagine attempting to recruit high profile players and signing on multi million dollar contracts.

All the major decisions need to be made before September. Sponsorships, players contracts, recruiting, coaching, financial planning, Senior Office bearers. We will have 3 CE0, Perty, Chipper and Guerra, all carrying out different tasks, and 2 Presidents Brad and Smith, a lot of hand balling, during the holiday season. It’s a big no from me, lots of Chinese burns and arm twisting going on.

September is a long ways off, I see the this as a huge blunder. Appears we went door knocking.
