I'm guessing you guys haven't heard the rumours flying around regarding Hunter Bailey Smith playing up in the hub. Hunter might be gettable if true, but would you want someone who has behaviour issues?

He was possibly worst on tonight. Had a few bad games in a row now.

I know Viney has been one of our best this year, but Brayshaw offers so much more in the middle. He is really damaging with his disposal where Viney just seems to gain territory without actually generating any scoring opportunities. What to do with Viney?

I'm done with Goodwin. Have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt recently, but he's officially lost the plot. We've got blokes that can't execute basic skills and we're keeping this guy out. Before it was because he couldn't play the required minutes, now it's because he needs to work on areas of his game. Either he needs to undergo some Buckley style reinvention or he has to go.

Donated. Despite the horrendous on field record over the years, I don't know what I'd do without looking forward to watching our team play. For those saying they won't donate until the club shows some results. There won't be any results if they can't afford to exist.

Dropped a couple of simple marks as well.

Been super impressed with Lockhart. Certainly didn't picture him as a defender when he was in the forward like last year. I think he only missed one target all night when he bit off more than he could chew on the switch. Kicking has real penetration.

Agree that Harmes is wasted at half back. Looked much better when involved through the middle. Hibberd probably close to being dropped. Just a liability way too often. Salem to replace him. What a game from Tomlinson and Viney! Hoping with Pickett and brown in the team it straightens us up.

Didn't see him in the room cam. Hoping for the best.

While Hore provides a good intercept mark, Lockhart seems to be more creative and damaging with his disposal. I'm guessing this is where we want to change our game in 2020. This is what I have picked up from my limited exposure so far.

This is a cop out and unhelpful. If you think things just happen without planning and commitments then you're deluding yourself. Name a top performing business that doesn't have a meticulously laid out plan available to shareholders on where they see the business in 10+ years. The board wouldn't last ten minutes if they just told their shareholders "we're not gonna show you a plan, but you will just have to wait and see our actions. Take our word for it." This might not be a meticulous plan, but it's a step in the right direction, just like Richmond did. In my opinion this "actions not words" attitude needs to stop and we need to see clear leadership in the form of articulate strategies from the top. This isn't a local footy club and it certainly isn't the 80s anymore.

I'm guessing this plan is the member facing version. I'm sure the club has a far more detailed document that outlines the strategy and KPIs. I'm personally happy to club has made it public, even if it isn't the whole plan. At least they can now be held accountable.

I reckon when we win the flag some people on here will whinge that it took us too long and we didn't win by enough. I thought it was a nice insight into the club and much more enjoyable than the souless puff pieces which are usually the only things we're treated to. It was a bit of a wake up for me that people in the club hear the criticism on boards like these which is directed at players and staff. More of this less of puff please. Could have been longer!

This is something that really annoys me about Australian "culture". No one is allowed to seen as confidently backing their abilities or plans otherwise they are chopped straight down. Even being quietly confident is looked down on. It's also a serious issue with Australia in the business space. We really are a society of crabs sometimes.

Someone posted a really good analysis a while ago about how Tomilinson positions himself which prohibits teams from switching play or transitioning quickly from defense. I suspect we haven't picked him up for his ball winning skills.
