Is there anything Max can’t do? From the AFL site. Gawn was again the AFL's best rap ruckman

Small forwards - what are our trading and draft options?
Dee Zephyr replied to Pates's topic in Melbourne Demons
Best time of the year isn’t it if you have missed out on September action. I read Sydney will be asking for 2 first rounders in return for Papley. Can only be true if Dodoro has landed a new job at the Swans. -
No mucking around by Ed if the article is accurate, skipped mad Monday to ramp up talks. Good on him for eagerly wanting to be a Demon. Just get a deal done now.

Unacceptably, unbelievably abhorrent

I found these 17 words the most amusing. ‘And trying to decipher what went right in 2019 is like finding a needle in a haystack.’ -
2019 AFL NATIONAL DRAFT ORDER AND SELECTIONS
Dee Zephyr replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Blues still end up with a pick inside the Top 10. Good work Crows. -
If 17 post season surgeries doesn’t hinder your preseason, half the team requesting trades might. We couldn’t even have one day to digest this crapola of a season before trade talk fired up.

No problem LG, wasn’t after specifics, just thought some were confused when the story broke out a couple of months ago about him being close to extending rather than actually signing. Appreciate the response.

This ANB signing/not signing is becoming the new did/didn’t we review the prelim. A lot of confusion on here LG regarding ANB, can you elaborate please? When did he sign up? As far as some are concerned nothing official has come out of the club.

If Trac is unhappy he hasn’t shown it in games. Very good season and can hold his head high in my view. I’d hate to lose him.

The 2019 season post mortem thread
Dee Zephyr replied to Delusional demon 82's topic in Melbourne Demons
100% ANB did the right thing there, finally someone backed themselves and it was unfortunate it didn’t work out. Melksham should have been pointing to the goals not asking for it in the pocket. Mind you, just about the best bit of roving I’ve seen this year from a forward by ANB. I’ve watched the clip a few times to try and work out the kick by Jones. He looks in the direction to which the ball ended up which makes me think that’s where he was aiming, but at the same time I’m thinking he was going down the line and it looks like he shanked it off the instep. Skill errors and bad decision making have hurt all year, either way they cost you games. The main take from the clip, is ‘selfish’ one of the reasons for this disaster of a season? -

Do we agree with Kane Cornes? -
Just a big Boooooooooooooo to this season. Hopefully Dogs win tomorrow and the Bummers can go play an elimination final in Perth or one here against Toiges. There really isn’t much joy left.

Commentators were drooling over Grundy’s game last night all telecast (it was a great game btw), but Max showed today why he is the greatest in my view. What a professional with a never die attitude! Just remember his game today and we might get through the pain a little bit easier. As far as the Coleman goes, I hope Cameron kicks 12 against the Suns tonight, got sick of the constant cheering for Ben10.

2020 one step closer and personally I’d like to see a win. Understandable that frustration sets in on game day, but it would be nice to refrain from flo_gs and spuds for today. Some might get their wish and see some players in their last MFC game. Regardless of ability some have busted a gut for the jumper we support and good luck to them if their future is elsewhere. -
Dropping like flies at the G and what in the world was Varcoe thinking there? He was 5 metres out.

With Red and Blue goggles on, Stephenson is a big in this week and might help Casey make the finals should he fire up with 6 goals for Collingwood reserves on Saturday against Box Hill.

Well played Jordan Lewis. Hope some of our boys are jealous and strive to be as successful as Lewis. Thanks for your service Jordan.

Well picked @Macca and @Wadda We Sing. Pity about Chelsea. Apologies Wadda for the no update, often when I’m trying to settle the little one, it’s me ending up with a pacifier in the mouth and dreaming of a Dees flag.

No biggie mate, don’t go out of your way to find another one if nothing stands out. Entirely up to you, I’m easy.
