I thought Frost was instrumental early in the game. As others mentioned his pressure and tackling was excellent. Having said that, I have no idea who makes way for Dawes. Vince for Toumpas is a given.

I've said many times that development comes from having good players around you, this clearly the case which allowed young Brayshaw to do some really good things in his debut.

I didn't see the game live, only just watched the replay this morning. This guy will be a star.

It's going to be strange watching Brayshaw becuase I have still only seen his highlights on YouTube. Not often that a player makes a debut without playing in the NAB Cup.

Grimes looks far smaller and weaker now than he did a few years ago. He needs to get his strength back and obviously work on his kicking.

Why did I tip Richmond? Liam Jones could surprisingly be half-decent at times.

I must echo others by saying I feel better knowing that Grimes, Bail and Matt Jones aren't in the team. Let them dominate the VFL and put pressure on those in the team now.

No Pedersen is the big surprise to me (granted he didn't play any NAB Cup games). No Vince means that Toumpas plays, good luck to the lad.

No, he just dodges questions and as other have mentioned talks broadly about things. Politically that's fine, but you get more substance from a Matt Burgan interview and very little insight into Melbourne at all other than reminding us of how bad we have been in the past (for thos who did not realise this).
