  1. I thought he was Zach Galiflanakis sans the beard
  2. Asking MFC suppoters especially on here to stop looking over their shoulder at the past does the phrase 'hell freezes over' ring any bells Some have not even managed to forgive Brayshaw for his cross field kick against Hawthorn last year yet
  3. It's definitely not Nev's hand, don't normally believe what players tell me about injury, but this one I definitely know, he also trained strongly on Thursday alongside Hannan, Tyson, Kent, Pedersen and Filipovic Only inuries/rehab King, Frost, Kennedy, White, Garlett and Wagner so 39 trained
  4. At training, there are 2 fixed cameras, two roving cameras, the players wear GPS, there are approximately 8 coaches at any one time, who are all linked by mobile radio, there is nowhere to hide at training

  6. Yes I do but I want every single fact in this sorry saga to be in the Public Domain, at the moment it isn't so we get page after page of uninformed opinion After training at Goschs yesterday all the players were being give something out of an unmarked Esky, I wondered what they were, JKH was reluctant to show me must have thought I wanted a bit fruit flavoured icy poles
  7. Nah I reckon the other article where the MP wants a Senate enquiry into the AFL, the government at the time and ASADA yes please
  8. Bull has been like the rest, works hard, listens, really nice kick for goal, has shown why he has the nickname in the tackling dtills Spoke to both him and Declan at Family Day, just rapt to have the opportunity, know where they are at
  9. Last week every player on the list who was capable and not in squad for Bulldogs game was put through a gruelling training session on the Saturday morning, Goody wants to see training track atitude as well
  10. Answers BenKen has issue, not sure what it is left track early, didn't look happy so didn't approach Nev has had issue with quad right to go so not sure why not picked, completed whole session
  11. Good news from training is that both Tyson and Kent did nearly the whole session
  12. Gee your bromance with Wiseblood just had another tremor like to think an enigma wrapped up in a paradox myself, have my own thoughts and opinions, I know it's a hard concept for some to grasp As for Jack Watts returning to the more important subject than me or you, he is one of 12 or 13 who won't play this weekend, doesn't necessarily equate to him not being there Rd 1
  13. Oh you are amusing sweetheart, as far as I can tell and this is after speaking to players and coaches, the whole playing list understands how Goody operates now. Of course Jack will be [censored] that he isn't picked again, and needs to be, otherwise it's going to be a long year down the Sth East. But from his attitude, training effort, voice, body language, talking to me after etc today, all says, in my humble opinion that he is taking it on board I joked with him that perhaps he shoukd consider a career in jounalism after he finishes playing as he has lots of experience on how to get a story published and could take revenge on some he wasn't sold on the idea
  14. I post the reply from the player, not my interpretation of what the player said, therefore readers can make there own judgement
  15. Don't be silly, spoke to Jack today, he is cool with it, so are the others that didn't get picked, this is the way forward with this team perform each week or you will enjoy playing at Casey
  16. Correct, the reason, there are some posters and readers on here who read what I post, albeit in a non judgemental way, who can happily make their own judgement on the veracity of a reply from a player Jeff Garlett, Dean Kent, Nathan Jones and a couple of others would tell you/me they were fine if they were carrying a broken leg, others will tell me exactly what the issue is but not to advertise, even then I wonder whether I am getting the truth Jeff Garlett, in this case, probably has a slighty different opinion on the lenght of time he will be out, hence his reply to me, he looked to have no obvious discomfort today when 3/4 pace running Today in no particular order I spoke/talked to Goody, Sam Frost, Josh Wagner, Dean Kent, Jack Trengove, Jeff Garlett, Nev Jetta, Dion Johnston, Jack Watts and JKH (only because he was making off with my scooter)
  17. As you are privy to information as I am, I decide what to put on here, so only a small amount of the information I have appears In Jeff Garlett's case, you get a straight bat to every question, same with Dean Kent and a couple of others, other players are more forthcoming but they trust me not to put on here
  18. He ran a couple of 3/4 pace laps with Crossy, then a couple of jogging laps, did a bit of lateral movement exercises as well
  19. I personaly don't believe what a player tells me in regard to an injury, I ask and report/quote the answer, up to readers to decide, Jeff said "I'm fine", not me
  20. I reported his answer, you take it as given, I never beliveve them, I asked him again today said same thing, He was jogging around Gosch's as well this morning at half pace, so obviously not that bad I'll take your last sentence and add you to my ignore(ant) list
  21. Fark there is some [censored] wriiten in this topic Deespencer how can you say pedestrian preseason, when you like me, has watched Watts look outstanding during sessions, and ProDee sheesh didn't realise Watts had killed somebody Reckon Watts took the intra club a little too easy and paid for it, great message to whole playing list, you need to perform every time you pull on red and blue, even if it is training top
  22. This all smacks of the Clayton Oliver non story, I spoke to Jack at Family Day, he was all cool To give an example of Demonland sourcing, I joked with Robbo about how his rig was admired on here, Mark Stevens was stood next to us, he said "yes I saw that", all the journos are regular readers of Demonland
  23. We will agree to disagree, the amount of work he does off the ball is never noticed, he doesn't have to kick a lot of goals to have an impact, why do you think he gets picked
  24. Think Roos was talking more about the players being mentally tired, we kept lifting last year to give us a chance to get into the eight and towards the end we fell over, Goodwin and Macca are both strong on being mentally as well as physically fit, on Saturday we were still going strong at the end and we didn't fall to bits when the Bulldogs charged at the end of the 2nd and 4th, we steadied
