Not as good as people believing Tom should have been looking at the posts, the line, the ball and the opposition all at the same time. His main focus would have been the ball I'm sure. Also just as many on here go to great lengths to pump up Weid's mediocre performances.

Completely correct, been done to death and over analysed by people who have no idea what was going through Tom's mind, or what his perception was about where he was regarding the posts, goal line other players etc.

For what it's worth, on 360 last night Goodwin said he made the right decision marking the ball.

Contested marks probably relate mostly to one game, the Essendon game. Goes missing for long periods in games too many times in my opinion.

Tom could've perhaps should've kicked 4 goals on Saturday. Ones he missed were quite kickable.

Do people realise Weid has only taken 1 mark in each of the past 2 games. 3 or 4 goals we can only hope.

Given the club great service, deserves 200 games and the premiership medal.

Understand we mainly play for containment in final quarters when ahead. I'd like to see what the plan is if we're behind.

While it's good to be selfless it's also important to be involved in the game imo some set the bar too low when rating Weid's games

Maybe but at least he is more involved than Weid who runs around much of the game being unnoticed.

A little harsh perhaps but I don't disagree entirely. I think he has good/reasonable games but struggles to string them together. Still goes missing for long periods in games. Don't think it's decided yet who's better value between him and Tmac.
