In a complete reversal of last weeks match, young Demon star Jack (we always knew it) Watts, takes a match saving mark in defense at one end of the ground and minutes later kicks the winning goal after the siren at the other.............. weeks later after a non stop run of wins, Melbourne make the 8 by replacing Hawthorn who are stripped of all season premiership points after being found guilty of paying money to umpires for many years......

Yes good point, Watts cant play full forward, full back and ruck....

I noticed he only took a few steps and tried to just slot it.....Watts did exactly the same thing at his last shot at goal and nailed it. Not sure if this is a new type of run up and kick style they have been practicing...

Yes having just watched it again it was staggering, even the commentators were screaming for it. I was a bit worried 1 of the 4 Melbourne players on the mark for that last kick at goal was going to run over the mark as well.....

They should have interviewed Bernie after the game...."So Bernie.....interesting game today.....was it hard trying to dig a hole in the MCG turf to hide in?"

Jack Watts simply won that game for us at both ends of the ground all day.
