I met Frawley a few times. Nice guy, but very old school. I once asked him how he thought his cousin (chip) was going when he was playing for us, he basically rolled his eyes and said he was ok, but not that great. Im not sure if it was a family thing, but i got the feeling it was because he was playing for us. Sometimes the sentiment against clubs runs deep. Maybe it goes back to his coaching or playing days, who knows. But hes never rated us and probably never will. Hes probably just glad weve fallen back down to where people are used to seeing us, on the canvas. I really would take anything he ever says about Melbourne with a grain of salt.
