Should be the highest paid player at the club by some margin. Doubt he will leave.
-
That's all good and well, but I'm not convinced Clark will get back to AFL level. I don't think Roos is all that convinced either.
-
This is the key point for me. It's looking like it could be a pretty low act by Clark, but at the end of the day this situation could put our club in a much better position in the long run.
-
I'll go early and say he will be a jet.
-
Unquestionably.

We showed improvement this season without him on the field. We will continue to do so in 2015. Don't lose your heads because you feel like this somehow sets us back as a club. It doesn't. "If you don't want to be here, you know where to go..."

On the international option, I really hope we are looking at Conor McKenna. From all reports has huge potential.

Will probably go down as a club great. I just hope he experiences success before he's done. Deserves it more than nearly anyone else.
-
If he wanted to be in Perth, wouldn't he be there now?

De Goey, Laverde, Duggan, Ahern, Durdin, Smith. Plenty of talent later in the draft if we do trade down.

... or maybe it was just a win-win trade? -
It's the players, not the coach(es)!

"Gawn spewed all over Scully in China". Lost my [censored]. -
Wouldn't mind trading down if we thought we could snag this bloke.
-
I don't think it was a joke. Definitely worth some thought. If Roosy doesn't see Toumpas/Grimes/Trengove as part of the future we should put them on the table. I agree with Maclure, I'd keep Watts.
-
I'd take that.

Would love for us to take a punt on McKenna late in the draft. 4 goals in his first game of footy, takes the [censored].
-
We shouldn't be too worried about what position is a weakness, as our list is that poor you could argue that we require strengthening in every position. Draft the best available, who will suit the system Roos wants to play.
-
Surprised by the lack of talk on Jayden Laverde from the Jets. One that I can see climbing the draft order in the weeks leading up to the draft.
-
Does anyone else see a bit of Dane Swan in Dean Kent? Even the way they have started their careers is simular.
-
This bloke intrigues me. We've gone alright with Tasmanians in the past, would like to see him in the red and blue.
-
Like Barry's game, unfortunate stuff up there though.
-
Have heard this before.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JESSE HOGAN

Yes, he is an absolute rake at the minute, which I know won't sit well with a few supporters but to be honest to play the way he does you don't need to be big. I don't know about bad characteristics, but defensive capabilities probably aren't his strong suit at this stage, but that isn't much different to most kids his age. As for his appetite for the contest, he will go when it is his turn, but he isnt a contested ball winner. -

Dom should be fine, has been a boarder at St Pats since year 9. Be excited about this pick up folks, that is if it happens of course. Have seen him play a lot this year, think Lewis Jetta without the monster boot. Has that certain flair as well, on numerous occasions this year has he eyed off multiple defenders in front of him, only to split through them with absolute ease. Also took out the schools year 12 100 metre sprint in a field that also included Jake Neade. On top of all this, apparently a genuine top guy who struts around with a smile on his face and is always up for a chat.
