Keep things simple, if we can get Roos or williams or someone like that to commit jump on it, if we can't we give Neeld the time he needs, if nothing else he will have the fitness up to scratch for the next coach

you certainly do have a point, my idea was to stand slightly behind the line and use the camera's more but that would just make the game drag out too much

This is what annoys me the most about him, the bloke should be tearing sides like GWS up right now and i'm not convinced we haven't developed him okay, it seems to all be there when he wants to do things, it's just he is abit soft and lacks passion and confidence at the moment, which is unfortunate.

If Voss wasn't a legend of their club and was coaching a Victorian team he would be out the door, after winning the NAB cup they would be expecting to play finals, right now they look bottom four.

North Melbourne next week will be a very good match for them, really like some of the football north are playing this year so will be interesting to see how they stack up against each other

To be honest i thought they were a toss of the coin with GWS for the wooden spoon, it's always a nice surprise to see a team that has struggled go well, I suppose the biggest positive for us is that it shows how quickly things can come good, fingers crossed it's our turn next

Any of the three would be a great pickup, with the forward line we have if we improve our midfield we then take the pressure off the backs and give dawes clark and hogan great supply and we are suddently a very different team
