A lot is said abut Hogan but Jack Viney is turning into a star before our eyes, hes playing phenomenal footy and opponents are scared any time hes in the vicinity. He can shutdown a superstar and hes also improved his attacking footy the last couple of months. (hes had a shot on goal the last 6 games and 7 of the last 8). A big chance for the Bluey despite unfortunately missing 6 games!

I still remember before the draft, Emma Quayle said that if the Demons take Ollie Wines at pick 4 there will be explosions in the centre square for the next decade with him and Viney in there. Hope we will still get to see that happen

This is the best comparison, but I think he will be better overhead with imore potential to play as a deep forward when needed Maybe a cross between Ricciuto/Dangerfield

Yarran reminds me a lot of Watts before he 'got it' If Goodwin and B Mac can do to Yarran what they've done to Watts, he'd be a great pick up as we lack pace and class

Thats true OD Having said that his stats are very similar to last season, hes lacking impact though I do wonder how much his knee has to do with that.

What about a Howe for Motlop trade with a pick swap? Perhaps the Cats would like the idea of Howe playing 2nd fiddle to Tomahawk.. or replacing the retiring Rivers/Enright across half back.

if he does stay he showed yesterday where he plays his best footy. Hes always looked at home across half back using his leap/marking ability to intercept opposition kicks Hes a terrible forward and struggled as a mid under Neeld

Yes lets trade a 23 year old ruck man who we have invested 6 years in and has finally arrived and is showing all the hallmarks of being the next dominant ruck in the AFL and you wanna trade him for that lazy [censored] Yarran FMD!
