We tried hard as a team but honestly we have too many players who are do not run hard enough to get to where the ball is. Our skill levels are also terrible week in week out. Too many also rans on this list.

Respectfully disagree with NC getting the job. I DO NOT want a senior coach at this club who is just a trier and a good bloke. Craig does have a good record at Adelaide and I would like him to stay on at the club as a sports guru, however this club cannot afford to fiddle while Rome burns...it must get a coaching ticket led by a premiership coach and a succession plan in place. ANYTHING ELSE is no longer acceptable.

Trenners must put in a good 2014. He cannot continue into next year with the same form it just won't cut it with the faithful. Bloody Neeld has a lot to answer for.

We should be so lucky as a club! No doubt Hogan has the credentials and the same with Viney. Get Black to the club as an assistant....should be a priority, however hard grunt and hunger comes from within and not many on our list have much of that.

Actually how many Hard at it ball magnets do we have on the list? Jones comes to mind, maybe Terlich

For too long this club has played it too safe with its flawed recruiting plan. I want to see angry hard at it ball magnets who hunt the bloody football. Geelong has re recruited these types who will do anything to be first in to get the pill. Most of our list do not show these traits, and it is killing us every week. No point looking back at our incompetent recruiters, so lets teach the current crop to hunt the ball. As for future picks, I want the hardest angry and hungriest young men in the draft. Enough of soft recruiting.

Why does the AFL continue to fixture games at Geelong for sides who clearly are not competitive? Bottom 4 teams should not be playing against Geelong at Geelong. It's bad TV it's bad to watch.

This club has recruited too many B grade footballers. It is not rocket science for us supporters who have to watch this garbage year in year out.
