I would have thought that the word "basket case" used in this context, would have been more reflective of the "state" of the competition. The state of the competition has suffered various remedial action to bring back evenness for the last fifty. Ralph from the Bendigo, non footballing side, is just a messenger. The real culprit here is again the AFL "short for awful" League that has been derelict for years to equalize, probably because they have persisted with in bred fools......

Hawkins should have been rubbed out for 4 to 6 with his record of brutality and shifty behind play incidents and i wouldn't have him at MFC either. This game was set up for Sooky and his team to win no matter what, with the phone calls flying between the AFL and the cats saying things like.........how much off ball interference can we get away with, "Christo" and his (ex cat) mate, and then along comes dopey.. A pathetic umpiring performance wher the maggots had been instructed to not allow a Team to proceed further that had dared to make a laughing stock of the AFL.......no votes from me!!!!
