  1. Moderators Should give some thought to this topic. Its not right that a player is being labelled a liar on here with no way of defending himself. That is not to call ghosty a liar either. We all hear and take different things from conversations. What if Judd, to avoid the question, just said, I am signed , as in this year or similiar?
  2. i absolutely do have reason to disagree. As of yesterday it was one person here who couldnt wait to get on here and gossip about what they thought they heard. Get back to me when you can tell me the exact conversation and setting where it took place. Otherwise dont accuse one of our players - ex, a liar.
  3. you dont know what he said.
  4. You were there and heard the private conversation were you?
  5. If its one every 18 years it should be 6-7 flags for the six sides. Will never happen as AFL wont allow Vic domination at expense of interstate clubs, so Vic supporters need to enjoy every little success along the way.
  6. Statement or fact?
  7. charming. I have wife, sister, daughter, lots of intelligent female friends, volunteer with vunerable youth. successful , happy life thats not dependant on what private conversations I have with young professional football players and then act like they are a love rat. Take your pathetic story of betrayal to A Current Affair and let us get on with life.
  8. i didnt know she was a female. Do now with the gal gang turning it into a gender thing. Thats why i wrote the gal comment. Tell me its not true. A normal bloke talking to a player occasionally at training would say, do and so is a goid bloke. Some here think they have special relationships with players. as said Egos and deluded. Take it as you like.
  9. must have missed my comment where i thought ghosty was a bloke
  10. Thank you, let me put it this way, as a adult male I would not be asking one of our female players what is a personal question and if I did I would not expect a straight answer from them before an announcement has been made. Besides I wonder what Judds side of the conversation is, how was it put, exactly what he said. Ive signed, I am signed (2025) . Did he say, I have signed to the MFC for 2026.
  11. glad you are amused tuppence.
  12. So now Judd is a Dudd. Unbelievable. Hes a twenty two year old man who was making the biggest decision of his life. I wish him well and hope the club makes ude of the pick/ swap.
  13. Who is dannyz?
  14. What a low thing to say. Its a business , he owes this ghost bloke nothing but contempt for asking.
  15. I enjoy reading others opinions of the game, but not deluded supporters who think they have the right to ask young professional people very personal questions about their livelyhood and then get on here and tell everyone as if its gospel because they have a special relationship. Solid track record , laughable in a 50/50 situation.
  16. Hows the ego and arrogance of some so called insiders here who believe they have such special relationships with players that they are going to tell them exactly what their plans are for the future, which includes, where they will live, their remuneration and job description. A sucker born every day. Anyone with smarts knew he was gone by July and a tough Club would not have played him beyond then. Pathetic
  17. For the young ones, I remember being young too and of course you have your favourite players and the media has them as , guns, jets, superstars and the like. We have had lots of very good players recently, Trac, Clarry and of course the best ruvkman I have seen in Max. So how was Robbie different? Some here have beautifuly described , his grace, agility, bravery and acceleration , all true. However for me, this way true for the vast majority. We would be playing a far better team. Even as an optomistic supporter I didnt have much confidence modt weeks. It was a 12 team comp and the big teams were big , we were always outnumbered supporter wise. Typically the good sides , Carlton, Hawthorn, Collingwood, Essendon and others had 18 very players Us on the other hand seemed to just have half a dozen very good players, half a dozen ok or promising and half a dozen complete battlers, some loveable for their particular type of inability to kick, mark, follow directions or even seem interested. But there at the start of every game was Robbie, leading the team out with enthusiam, doing a tight lap of the ground and getting close to the boundary as the team ran past our small pocket of supporters. A quick toss of the coin and Robbie would make his way to the wing for a 100 minute 1 on 1 dual with a very capable or great wingman. Typically the other sides supporters dominated the cheering as they outplayed us, but then Robbie, would outmark their best, hit the ground perfectly balanced, fodge, weave head forward and you knew no one could catch him. If he got within forty he was a certainty to kick it but as if for our further pleasure sometimes he would choose to dodge one or two more until he was at the goal line before using his perfect kicking skills. And then it was our turn to cheer and look to hear admiration from even the most hardened opposition supporters.
  18. no it wasnt. sexuality as the gay community have said for decades is no one elses business. And as i have said many ex players going back to VFL days made no secret of being gay or being involved in gay activities. No big deal. Gays have always been part of footy, as players, as club officials, as trainers, cheer squads, supporters and members of social clubs. i know this from being involved in two VFL clubs, both big Clubs. As to why no one would go on 60 minutes or similar. The media would be in a frenzy and what if that person , like all of us, being human, was not a good role model. What then? im really stuggling with what more , some people want. i said before i have done my last post. now i am going to log out of demonland . Enjoy the rest of your footy supporting as the game gets more dictated and separated to by interest groups.
  19. agree
  20. why on earth would they. the whole premise of sexual preference is that its an individual thing. common knowlege players going back to the 70s lived openly as gay men and all their teamates and the public knew. i could name names but I wont do that.
  21. Malicious untrue story to be true AFL has a policy of privste first warning for homosexual slurs would be an in confidence agreement Adelaide has just broken would also mean Adelaide putting Isak under a bus. just give it a rest. he has 4 weeks, going to miss a finals campaign , likely regret his action for life.
  22. pretty much confirms what im up against. cads and bounders.
  23. good for you, i too advocate for nicely put, thank you. For some context i too work with marginised people , both professionally and in a long term voluntary capacity and note that three of the people suspended for this offence sre from marginalised communities.
  24. please dont appropiate straight language.
