  1. Ok, I get that he is a good kick. What else is he good/bad at? Hows his pace? Personality? Size? Footy Smarts? Workrate? Courage? ect
  2. What 10 players? I am quite keen to hear as I think as soon as any other players are delisted you will be calling for Neeld's head again and placing the blame on him for their performance.
  3. 'On the fence' list
  4. Why would you be shocked? I thought you knew for a fact that 15 players don't like Neeld so why would it come at a surprise if Dunn does not resign?
  5. Id be running to if i was about to get sacked.
  6. 40,000 member is alot to personally hand out. with about 40 players on our list thats 1000 each. Would take each player a good few weeks to hand out 1000 memberships each. If they can manage 50 a day it ll take our whole list 3 weeks to pass these out. I would prefer them to spend the 3 weeks running laps and pumping weights to be honest.
  7. Same story posted again but 2 days later. They really enjoy the copy paste tool down at the HUN dont they? Melbourne defender Jared Rivers tests free agency waters
  8. I would love both Hogan and Stringer though it seems quite unfeasible at the moment. Stringer wont slip to 13th, I wouldn't be surprised if Malthouse picks him up as Carlton lack tough KPP. So we would need to use #4 on him and #3 on Hogan to get both. That would leave us yet again with a lack of midfield depth, pick 13 on Kennedy and 2nd round on Viney. If we can trade for another teams first rounder in the teens we may be able to get a 3rd mid. That could work
  9. http://www.afl.com.au/news/newsarticle/tabid/208/newsid/147459/default.aspx Mason Shaw/ Jake Stringer with pick 13?
  10. Thats the mindset we need going into trading though. Every team will have that mindset so if we go in without it we will get rolled and lose players for less then what they are worth.
  11. Biggest troll on this forum
  12. Not if your on centrlink
  13. Just because we f up draft picks doesn't mean other clubs do. Look at other #1s, Deledio, Riewoldt, Goddard, Murphy...
  14. Id be even more furious when playing the dees and Jimmy Toumpas and Brodie Grundy are destroying us.
  15. Lets take a step back here everyone. Has any MFC's doctors ruled his injuries to serious for him to continue playing yet? Or is this just Davey's own personal speculation?
  16. Its irrelevant in the draft what other teams get. They only care about what they can get for themselves. Why risk losing out to stop 1 bottom placed team from taking an extra player rather then drafting the #1 kid in the country. Your risk benefits 16 other teams in the competition also. Do you think it is worth while to hurt 1 team when you are strengthening 16 others in the same process? Gary Rohan was pick 6 I think. So us bidding on Rohan instead of taking Scully is a similar scenario.
  17. Comes down to what the MFCs doctors think imho
  18. My point is that if his the one to reconsider, then he should take the hit If the MFC were the ones reconsidering then they should take the hit. If the MFC's doctors think that Davey can keep playing then I see no reason to pay him out based on Davey reconsidering.
  19. Whats wrong with his foot? is something confirmed? Why would he be 'reconsidering' if his foot is shot. Either its 'My foot is shot, i cant play' or 'My foot is fine, i can'
  20. So you think its ok for players to sign contracts when we throw big coin at them and then when the going gets tough to let them opt out and reconsider?
  21. Apologies you don't like my opinion but no need to make personal attacks... We are leaving a window open to be exploited here. If you can't see it or think that its ok then that's your decision. I think otherwise. Contracts must be honored in my books. Not 'reconsidered' once the good part is over. Seriously what hope do we have if we can't even get players to honor their contracts.
  22. to take the big bucks at the start of the contract and fcuk off once the coin slows down at the end of the contract. Or in this case 'reconsider'
  23. Then it will motivate this type of tactic in the future for other players on front-loaded contracts
  24. Better not have quit without putting himself on the trade table first...
  25. If his the one doing the 'reconsidering' then he should forfeit his pay. simple as that. If i want to 'reconsider' working my job I am pretty sure they wont pay me my salary for next year. Keep him on the list, and make him train as hard as the others. If he wants to reconsider it then he will do so at his own loss. Not at the loss of the MFC
