  1. At the end of the day, you are a pedant. I mean, come on...
  2. Been meaning to [censored] about that for ages. Feels good to vent. Thanks everyone.
  3. I always select no to the direct debit dedicated demon thing but they took the money out anyway this year. So there's one member signed up earlier than he normally would.
  4. Your avatars get worse every time mate, only saved by what you have to say being worthwhile. Bring back Olivia.
  5. The club should probably hire security for training sessions.
  6. Sweet, now that trade week is almost over we can finally get back to the real issues.
  7. Have you listened to the Josh Mahoney interview on the website yet? He spells out our intentions pretty clearly on there. By the end of trade period we'll hopefully be bringing in HL and Frost and will be looking to take picks 2 & 3 to the draft unless a club comes forward with a worthwhile offer before Thursday. In spite of all the rumour crap that's turned up on here, I'm gonna take Josh at face value here and assume that this is exactly how the rest of trade period will play out.
  8. Wouldn't recommend it. They're as ragged as they come over there.Edit: Is ragg-ed a word? Maybe I mean haggard.
  9. From that draft rumour facebook page: The proposed five-way trade: Collingwood: IN: Pick 5, 21, 25 (on traded), Levi Greenwood, Travis Varcoe, Jack Crisp OUT: Dayne Beams, Heritier Lumumba, pick 25, 30 + 48 BRISBANE: IN: Dayne Beams, Allen Christensen OUT: Pick 5, 21, 25, Jack Crisp MELBOURNE: IN: Heritier Lumumba OUT: Mitch Clark NORTH MELBOURNE: IN: Pick 25 OUT: Levi Greenwood GEELONG: IN: Mitch Clark, Pick 30 & 48 OUT: Travis Varcoe, Allen Christensen Doesn't sound unreasonable, though I'm hoping for an extra pick for MC. Problem I have with it is that our part in it is so damn boring.
  10. The guy is a leader. Toumpas, Hogan and Viney are going to lead this club forward. This is not an opinion, it's the reals.
  11. I'm all for it. Start the petition, pitchfork!
  12. Even when I voted that I thought he'd stay mid-year (which I never bothered to change), I'd have taken pick 3 for Chip. Win-win this one. Don't wish him the best, but I'm pretty comfortable with how it ended up. Still bodes poorly for our future if we can't improve on our position next year.
  13. I'm happy for him and the Suns. Disappointed that in the current footy climate we'll see less and less one club greats like Schwartz and Neitz but as it stands, it's a good decision for him and Gold Coast.
  14. Haven't been following this thread because I figure no one in their right mind could seriously be upset with our current off-field situation. Surely.
