What i now know as fact after last night. 1. Jared Rivers is gone to Geelong. 2. Jack Viney will be a Demon most likely U17 pick. We will take him. 3. Lynden Dunn will have a new deal this coming week. 4. Neville Jetta will be a Demon in 2013. 5. Gysberts will not be a Demon in 2013. 6. The players thought under Bailey they were training hard but now under Misson they now know they were maybe at 30% of elite AFL clubs. 7. The players looked at Bailey as a mate and never got the best coaching, under Neeld they respect and fear their new coach and have 100% better 1 on 1 coaching. 8. We are going very hard for Wellingham from Collingwood. 9. Two of the players told me we have to many SOFT types and Jack Viney will go along way to helping in this area, and they had never seen a better 17 or 18 year old ever. Thought i would share some of the things i now know with you guys. The night was very fun and i feel very happy with were we are going as a club. Cheers guys.

I would not say no to anyone who can kick goals for the MFC. He can take a Mark for a small guy or dive. lol He would not be that bad of a pick up IMO. I would love the dees to go after Matt White from the tigers as a small forword with pace.

Cant you see with all this change that we are looking at a brand new team.?(new culture)You can feel sorry for yourself if you like but im getting happy with each day that we move the deadwood out of the MFC.(Moloney) Change is what's needed at our club and Mark is sweeping with a BIG broom.

We have been kicked around for to long and Mark Neeld has come in and set new standerd's.Only the strong will make it from here, That's why players like Jones are playing well under Mark because he has a strong work ethic to get stronger and better. Players such as Jurruh and Moloney have walked around the MFC thinking life is easy playing at MFC. Mark Neeld is changing the poor culture of this club. HAPPY DAYS

Well guy's the MFC has finally got the right man. 2012 has been a bloody hard year for all demon fan's. We will have a brand new team round 1 2013 and it's going to be bloody great to watch. The deadwood that has been running this football team for the last 6 years will be gone finally. Moloney,Green,Jurruh,Lawrence are just the first of the players that will never play for this great club again. All these guys have been good club men, but not great leaders. Mark Neeld has given all players time to see what they have to offer this football club. I think there will be maybe 8 to 10 more players to be shown the door over the coming weeks. We are really going to free some good cash up, to go after the right type of player's after we finish the delisting stage. We are holding the best cards for the 2012 super draft. We have some great young leaders at our club. The team of the last 6 years will no longer have control of our club. The only way is up from here guys, we should be happy that Mark Neeld has come to save this great club. Yes i was a big JM fan but he is not a great mid. He can play a good role but he can not take this midfield forward. 18 touches is not something to be happy about when your playing in the middle.

Give me next years number 1 pick any day over Gaff.I do rate him but not at pick 1. Martin has A grade skills (L.Jetta) but better.
