I agree with you but it's harder to change the older you get. I believe these two will get it and will have a good season. it just gets up my nose that people write them off so often and want them traded at any cost.

Sylvia......1 full game Moloney ....3 full games and they should be given the same amount of time to 'get' the new game plan as they have been playing an old one for a long time.

Was refering to the Cook/Darling comparison both recruited as KPP's.....Will be interested to see how they compare in the next few years

I'm not stalking you WYL but did you see Darling game on the weekend. With Kennedy out he was a key forward and played pretty poorly IMO. As a third tall plays well as a KPP not so good.

So I put the same question to you as I did WYF Who do you want/think we would get back from the bombers?????

Mate....As I posted in another thread look at the stat for both these player last year.....Sylvia has played one game under Neeld after coming back from a serious back injury but now must be traded. Moloney lead most of the stats last year and won the B&F and now must be traded. They are not afforded the same rights to come to terms with a new game plan as other are afforded ie should be starring every week. I am not a defeatist I am a realist. You just don't get rid of experienced players and put kids in. The young kids have to learn and be protected when coming in. Rember Jnr Mac?????

Maybe they too are learning this new game plan. Why is it an excuse for other player and not these two?????

No it's not the entire midfield but its 300 senior games experience that you would be throwing away.......Other teams are not stupid re trades.....What do you expect to get by trading these two????Which other teams are going to trade and which players do you want for them.....No one is going to trade superstars for them

I've got an idea......Why don't we just trade all our over 25's players with baulk .....and just get the draftees to play , year in and year out.......Then we can complain on DLand every week and all feel superior to these silly little men running the club, who don't have a clue.......We can then get on Dland and pick the side.....decide who should not wear the jumper again........We could all get a pick at the draft. Fitzpatrick kick 4 goals and was named in casey's best. All supporters want players who perform in the 2's to just be given a go As Casey has two byes in a row(stupid fixturing) I think he would be a good replacment for Sellars. What would it hurt ????
