I, like a few others would love to have Dean Towers (preferably at pick 49) because I think he will be gone soon after. Good build and multi talented sportsman. Has only concentrated on footy for the last couple of years. I reckon at 22 has a good upside to him.

Getting back to thread sort of. I haven't seen a lot of Plowman, except for the 3min snippet supplied by AFL. If we had the guts to take him it certainly wouldn't be a lost selection. But then also viewing Whitfield, Toumpas and O'Rourke, I would rate Toumpas above O'Rourke & Whitfield. Whitfield just doesn't have much of a body and may be found wanting early on. So IMO any of the players above could end up in our lap.

I think he has improved because he appreciates the ball coming in fast and direct. It's a shame that it is the opposition that's kicking the ball and not us.

All along I've hoped for Toumpas, but that looked out of reach until recently. To get him on the outside whilst Viney is in and under looks like a match made in heaven. It reminds me a bit of Swan and Pendles.

I've been away for a few weeks. It looks like we are training at the Filths ground. Is that a permanent thing? Not that I care too much about the filth, but where are they training, I assume their new ground isn't ready yet.
