Steven May's Future
May is one of the few players on our list who has won games or turned games completely 100% off his own bat. Whether his criticism and frustration is unwarranted at times, that is the best and truest form of leadership from a football perspective. There seems no upside here. At 34 we will probably get almost nothing in return.

Who’s Playing Their Last Game In The Red & Blue tonight?
When Simpson said that there has been unrest among the playing group, footage like this seems to align with that - as does the yelling and even pushing between leaders on field.

POSTGAME: Rd 24 vs Collingwood
He got near it a lot so impacted more than he has. Think he will make it.

Tracc is far from his don't argue bullocking and like many his disposal in 2025 has been pretty ordinary.

POSTGAME: Rd 24 vs Collingwood
We have worse. Last time McAdam played he insisted on trying to get behind his opponent, who was bigger than he was and then wasn't fast enough to keep up.

Jvr had a game of dropped marks and taps to opponents to their advantage. But you have to be near the ball to have an impact, even a questionable one.

POSTGAME: Rd 24 vs Collingwood
Reminds me of the time Brent Moloney was photographed on the front cover of the Herald Sun full painted in red and blue before Queens birthday and another flogging. It is disappointing that even now after 2021 we do still allow ourselves to be ragdolled by pretend bullys.

Who’s Playing Their Last Game In The Red & Blue tonight?
Looked good in a side of great players at the peak of their game in 2021. Regularly has minimal impact 2025. Doubt we would get much at present.

Who’s Playing Their Last Game In The Red & Blue tonight?
But in all seriousness it's hard to say because quite a few on our list have underperformed this year and suggest their value may be lower. I doubt it will be wholesale cuts in the first year but who knows.

I didn't enjoy that enough at the time due to stress and still not trusting them. Good to see Harmsey there.

Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
I wonder if the umpires would reduce the 2 million trees the pies get every time we play them if Bucks takes the job?

Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
I just think its depressing that us Dee's fans are once again impatient of off season trades, changes and appointments. Was nice while it lasted. Thanks Goodie!

Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
Just as an aside, I work for a Carlton Coterie Member and former player sponsor and he and his son told me about a week ago that he had firm intel that Carlton are after Daly and that it would happen in 2026. Personally he is the other coach that gets my interest. My only thought was after the fiascos of 2024 we might need someone who has wide afl community respect and gratitude if we are to plug the mid-age gap in our list. Mind you imagine the media hate if we had got Houston now...

Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
Basically no one openly says they are applying because the perception is that one person has it in the bag.

Haha I initially read that as the Dee's being too risky.

GAMEDAY: Rd 23 vs Hawthorn
I mean how is that even possible? We just have too many players going missing for long periods.

Does this mean Jackson is coming home? Take it to the bank! Like Scully staying or did I get ahead of myself with that one as well?

Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
I just thought I'd mention that Terry Wallace's line is open and accepting calls... But in all seriousness I am told that in the industry there are certain behaviours or signs that explain the real things going on. Like inner sanctum of the footy world a lot more is known about a lot of things than we mortals are privy to. Such as ongoing 'hamstring' tightness resulting in frequent pre-game day trips to Dorovich pathology or prospective coaching options bowing out because they know they have no chance or know who the club really is aiming at or openly bowing in only when it's overly clear they won't be embarrassed.
