You hard core, bruh. As I typed my earlier post, I was third in the queue at the local car wash. Had knocked off work and had a cool tin placed between the thighs - just cooling off the ‘boys’ as I waited to spruce up the Sandman.

We’ve got some speed and marking targets in the forward line. I’m now confident we can win this weekend.
-
At my age I don’t really care about start time where beverages are concerned. You just know when it’s appropriate by the particular event.

It’s early either way in WA. Probably stop me from cracking my first beer earlier than normal.
-
With Bellchambers rested, the ugliest man in football will probably find himself in the ruck more this week.
-
Not bad. Dubdee still well in front with his Conor McKenna post.
-
Bit slow off the mark today, Pro?

And it will be a joke if he doesn’t.

It's D-Day already for the Dees

Game plan being so shizenhausen is the only thing Carey didn’t bring up. -
The angst over Pedo is multifaceted. He’s 31 so is essentially in his last year on the list The Weed hasn’t come on as fast as we’d hoped for but we’re probably expecting too much Our benchmark is Hogan so this clearly skews our views When Pedo plays, he generally appears to impact the game more than Weed Despite our belief we’re in the frame for finals (which is quickly fading) we need to get AFL games into the Weed - even though evidence suggests Pedo has had better games than him at VFL level. With Tmac’s contract finishing this year and still not re-signed, the club is a bit hamstrung and has to get games into Weideman in case Tmac leaves the Club. Lots of variables to consider, most of which us supporters would have little idea of. All we can do is judge on face value the decisions made by match committee.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHARLIE SPARGO

They cut out the bit where he asked him if he’d hit the showers yet. -

The way Goodwin was seated and didn’t look him in the eye looked as though he was about to put the hard word on him rather than tell him he’s gonna debut. Weird. -

They usually do a separate article so I agree it seems a bit surprising. -

The site article says he will debut! Couldn’t be a media stuff up. Then again. -

It's feels like I'm 20 years old again and getting sh*tfaced on bourbon and the next day saying I'm never going to do that again.

Gawn’s tap work will improve dramatically with Viney back at the stoppages imo. Not only from a ball-winning perspective but also from a leadership POV. We need Jack back in the team so so badly.

Gaff was/is a Melbourne supporter growing up so there’s something small there. Clearly if we keep up this rate of performance, anyone decent will look elsewhere for success. The Eagles on the other hand are looking likely this year so he’ll probably stay.

Head over to bomberblitz for a giggle. Supporters think the only game he’s due for is a run in the Magoos.
-
It’s a show of good faith if anything particularly for a very good RFA. Geelong and Adelaide with Dangerfield is what prompted me to think of this scenario, chazz.
-
The white has been entirely sh*tcanned hasn't it? We beat them last year in the white...
-
Brayshaw used as part of the RFA deal to snag Gaff. We shouldn't try and get back into the first round - that time has past. Need Gaff.

I think we need to roll the dice with Tmac for this game. His interview sounded very positive to me and his comment about getting his “conditioning out on the MCG” sounds to me as though his toe is 100%. He’s a seasoned player and extremely fit. I reckon he’ll be the key to converting more of the immense forward 50 entries into goals. Viney of last season was a completely different issue and a much more severe injury. The two are apples and oranges. Get him in.

I think the Bombers have just as much ability to bounce back for a win as we do.
-
I can only interpret effort one way. I don’t doubt his skill when the ball is in his hands. It’s when it’s in the oppositions hands that he’s fallen off the planet with trying to win it back.
