Thank Lucifer there were no heavy clouds lurking about or we might have seen another 'Devine Intervention' with Lightning Gate II pulled out of someone's [censored] down there to try and save Dad's Army 2.0

6. Clarry 5. Lever 4. Gawn 3. Harmes 2. Kozzie 1. Viney
-
The holding of Clarry reverse free was just another in a conga line of ridiculous frees / non frees including Selwood's rugby pass on the wing that everyone missed including all paid AFL representatives on the Chanel 7 commentary team.
-
Reckon that first pic is Clarry's heat map!
-
How the he'll did they sneak a cam into Old Dee's den / bunker!!??
-
Just wondering if Goody might play Viney mostly at HF with smaller time through the Middle this week in order to play a defensive forward role to curtail Rich? Rich had over 800 meters gained against the Eagles. Could also share this role with Sparrow?

Weighted Average Scores Season 2021 vs 2019 Well well folks who would have thought. Top of the table 2021. Crazy times and loving it. Season 2021 (top 22) average team score just a tad off our 2018 season score by 3.3%. Clarry you star! What a year son and for me the best in the red & blue for him to date. Possibly the best player i've witnessed at the MFC in terms of consistency & high level impact alongside Robbie. Touch wood for the finals. If the boys can stay up and about with their skills, play selfless footy and maintain the hunt we are in for a hell of a ride. Just before we move on...it's worth noting last night would have to be one of the biggest discrepancies i've witnessed in terms of experience / games played / average age differentials... Error.....See below...
-
Not for mine. Reckon he would run rings around Smith at ground level.
-
Assuming Hunt isn't ready.... Ins: Hibberd & Jordan Outs: Smith & Sparrow That would be our best team for the year IMV aside from Tomlinson (for Petty) Hunt unlucky with his injury. Bowey just has the nod for mine, albeit they play totally different game styles. Hunt obviously adds speed / line breaking run off HB and love what he does. Whereas Bowey is more of a link / quick release / making space for the receive guy and provides some finish / class through the middle.
-
Billy was in disbelief this morning on the Footy Show. Said he woke about 5 times having nightmares about the finish
-
Danger nearly ironed him out too with a shoulder early. Lucky Clarry had some awareness to spin away at the last half second
-
Not sure about the beautiful part but I'll take the crazy thanks WC
-
I had a true to life dream we played them in a GF about 3 years ago (obviously relating to something that was due to happen in the future) and the game was still undecided with 5 minutes to go! Pretty sure it was at the G though.
-
No thanks the wind down there which is often 2 to 4 goals would make the win of the coin toss too significant on the outcome.
-
What's wrong with playing our first final at the G?? We've earned that right. Why has everyone caved and pandering so easily to the AFL's interstate nonsense? If we win that one we should also be getting our Prelim here. And from there IF we get through we then talk about where the GF is played where you would of course prefer a BIG crowd. We've thoroughly earned this choice. Eddie/Jeffrey/Kochy would all be blowing a gasket at the mere mention if they finished on top. Happy to stand corrected but appears to me we might have conceded already?
-
No he literally shoved him in the throat region and nothing in it. Not even worthy of a reversal. Except as we all know, they're a special lot that receive special treatment down at the Cattery.

Rnd 23, 2021 GMHBA - Cats vs Demons I don't think many saw that coming. Even the Cats! Mr Faithful finishes with another No.1 ranking. His equal 2nd best score for the season matching his Rnd 20 6.90 against the Suns. While not his best game (statistically) for the season, that was in Rnd 10 vs the Crows. Where he almost single handedly got us over the line in scoring an off the charts 8.40 Having said that this was probably his most important for the year in many ways. Lever's second half was super along with Max's last quarter and a half plus the winning goal after the siren. Thought Stanley was all over him in that first half and much of the reason the Cats pounced in the 2nd term. Personally thought Max looked shot at half time so proved me wrong and quite a come back. While Harmes was Mr Fumbly bumbly in that first half i thought he stepped up in the second. Then there was Kozzie. Gave us the class we needed at times tonight. Very nice game from the young rookie who also tackled and pressured hard this evening. The biggest worry from tonight's match....Macca, who barely laid a glove on the ball unfortunately. Is he really fully recovered? Didn't look like it tonight. Who comes in if he isn't able to get up this week? Now for our well earned home final against the Lions at the G! (if wishes were horses)... I need one after that! And a little nip of Nan's brandy. Actually she prefers Cognac, even better
-
Talking of Selwood....what the hec was the game stopped for when he went off the ground with about 7 min to go?? I saw no blood and thats about the only reason the ump stops a game for a player to come off.
-
No he was actually pretty philosophical and even mentioned the deliberate against Gus just before being strange. Pretty fair & classy overall i thought.
-
Leave something in the tank in case we win the big one WC
-
Out of 6.5 million that's like a rain drop in the Pacific ocean. Makes no difference really they're in a bubble and no crowds. They've been playing here through cases (off and on) for the last 6 weeks or more. Time to step up and demand what we've earned by finishing first.
-
FCS Perty put your foot down mate and make sure that first final is here!!
-
Crazy shiiit. That 2nd quarter was as bad as we've played all year and then to win from nowhere. And we won with so many having a shocker. Thank Lucifer for Clarry!! Just refuses to lie down.
