A complete downer on the win if it’s an ACL. Hope we know today.

In my opinion this is the best and most important win we’ve had in the last 6 weeks. Yes it was ugly but to grind out a win was very important. I wanted to see how we would perform when challenged and when things were going against us. Well today was that day and coming off a 5 day break with a man down, 2 more carrying injuries, bad umpiring and getting smashed in clearances and we won by 50 points. Gees you would take that any day, but especially given the circumstances. This win tells me more about where we are as a club than the last 5 wins have. I am scarily excited.

FML that would be right. We can’t have things go smoothly at Melbourne. Something always has to go wrong. Fingers crossed!

Getting ripped apart in clearances. Very disappointing. Holding on but gees our kicking for goal has turned to poo after last week.

Has literally not played one bad game since debut. Even his “down” games are like 26 touches and 8 clearances.

Gotta reward form. Also a settled side is a good side. I think we are basically there with best 22, perhaps I would drop Hannan for Garlett if this was a final (with no chance of rain). But you need to reward players. Edit- I’m sad about Hunt but he needs to find his mojo and his kicking skills.

You’re crazy! Like Melbourne FC, Paris is not perfect, but it’s easy to fall in love with. I cannot understand how anyone doesn’t love this city. It is incredible. I come here so often for work, and still choose to come back on my holidays. That’s how much I love it! So off topic, sorry.

Yeah Paul’s is not bad (I’ve been to Paris that much I tried all the coffees). To be honest the coffee is the sideshow to the best pastries in the world anyway. And they nail the champagne. Have just downloaded the replay so I can watch it on the way to London in a few days. Train ride sorted!

I’m literally still shook from this win. Shook to my core. Woke up at 6:30am in Paris. Went to get a croissant and a terrible coffee then sat and watched the game (on a terrible WiFi connection that froze sporadically), and literally could not believe what I was seeing. This was a team and a game I have not seen before. It was actually perfect. The way we played, our skill execution, our spread. Unbelievable. I think finally we are September bound!!! Btw, Viney is a dead set freak. He was phenomenal in only his second match back. Beast mode well and truly activated.

Gutted I’m missing it. I know Etihad is a souless dump, but if you can go, go. Jonesy deserves a milestone match to remember, including a big win!

Would love to ditch these games as it means we are more financially stable. Currently we rely on this money so we have no leg to stand on with the AFL regarding the fixuring.

I would not risk him. I hope we’ve learnt from our Viney debacle.
